DESCRIPTION

The SKR-13 armored outfit was created to give the special unit employing them for use the ability to have an extreme resistance to energy-based weapons. With the additions of Ultrachrome to the outfit's construction, it gives the SKR-13 added protection from energy-based weapons, along with the Armorweave Underlay situated inside the armored outfit. The AEGIS nanoarray also lends its assistance, by acting as a dispersions system, dispersing energy throughout the suit until that energy becomes grounded. It works against anything electrical, not just from energy-based weapons.

With the suit's main composition coming from the metal known as Songsteel, the suit has in its possession a very high resistant to lightsaber attacks, especially with the mixture of Ultrachrome in the suit. The two combined metals give the wearer much needed protection from lightsabers. Also, with some of the metal, Agrinium, the wearer is also protected by low to above average exposure to radiation.

The only true suits downfall is the technological enhancements on it. It can be vulnerable to ion or EMP attacks that can possibly disrupt the enhancements partially to outright knocking them offline.
