The two major philosophies within the Sith Empire are Eternalism and Eternal Rule, very similar sounding names but quite divergent.
Eternalism is the creed of unending war. It rejects the notion that the Sith are merely an order, a lineage, or an empire seeking final dominion over the galaxy. Instead, it teaches that the Sith are an eternal process; a living dialectic of conflict, destruction, and rebirth that defies all limitations. At its core lies a singular truth: the Force is not an ally, nor is it a neutral field of power to be mastered. Rather, it is an oppressive cosmic will, a self-serving tyrant that maintains balance to suppress true freedom. While the Jedi drift upon its currents in passive submission, the Sith rebel against it, daring to seize power by force rather than by supplication.
Eternal Rule is the doctrine of the Kainate, proclaiming that the galaxy's chaos can only be mastered through absolute hierarchy, conquest, and the unbroken supremacy of the Sith. At its heart stands Darth Carnifex, the Eternal Father and living axis of dominion, whose will anchors the Kainate and sanctifies all power, order, and conflict as instruments of his rule. Society, economy, and faith revolve around this center: legions march, institutions endure, and even the Force itself is chained to his command. Through him, peace is revealed as a lie, dominion as truth, and the galaxy's sole destiny as submission to his imperishable will.
Eternalism is the most common philosophy within the Empire, being it's official doctrine. Eternal Rule is mostly confined to the Kainate, which is Carnifex's personal powerbase both within and beyond the Empire. The academy on Jutrand more closely aligns with Eternalism, as Jutrand is the Emperor

's home turf, while the academy on Korriban skews more Eternal Rule because the Sith Holy Worlds are heavily Kainate influenced.
