DESCRIPTION

In accordance with the rapid deployment and mechanized warfare doctrines of the Kainate military, the Uniwheeled Mechanized Assault Cavalry was manufactured to facilitate the undertaking of these fast-paced military operations. The UMAC was designed around a large circular wheel that circumnavigated the entirety of the vehicle's fuselage and cockpit and was the primary method of locomotion across the battlefield. The uniwheel was comprised of reinforced metal treads that could withstand high kinetic impact and explosions, as well as a wide variety of environmental terrain.

The UMAC was crewed by a team of two, a pilot and a gunner. These two crewmembers were stationed in the center fuselage, with the pilot located at the forward cockpit and the gunner situated further back near the boarding hatch. The pilot utilized reinforced viewports and sensor systems to guide the fast-moving vehicle, while the gunner was entirely reliant on the vehicle's sensors and guidance by the pilot to operate the lateral laser cannons.

The weapon systems onboard the UMAC consisted of a pair of forward-mounted heavy laser cannons, a pair of lateral-mounted dual-medium laser cannons, and six chain-fed energized shell projectile launchers; three to either side of the fuselage. The projectile launchers could fire any of three standard-issue ammunition; high-explosive shells used to destroy enemy structures and fortifications, armor-piercing shells to penetrate heavy armor plating, and high-energy shells for anti-infantry and anti-vehicle action. The lateral-mounted dual-medium laser cannons could swivel on their mountings, allowing them to fire on enemies in front, behind, and to the side of the vehicle.

Stabilizing the unorthodox locomotion was a finely tuned and sensitive gyroscopic system that allowed the UMAC to reach blistering speeds without losing control of its actions. These sensors were located at the bottom of the fuselage, right below the cockpit. Significant damage to this section of the vehicle could result in reduced performance and even outright vehicular failure. To help mitigate this, the UMAC could launch repair probes armed with animated metal sealant to repair any damage the vehicle might have sustained.

Looks like a souped-up, modern iteration of the AT-AT - and I dig it. Only thing I would like clarification on is the "minor regenerative" properties. If you could provide an example for the scale and speed of such healing in a combat situation, we'll be peachy and I can stamp this approved.

Tag me when edits are done. Thanks!
