So, those rank title bar things have the titles of each sub-section's leader in them. I wanted to know if everyone's allowed to have them in their sigs, or only the leader of the section. For instance I've noticed many people running around with the 'The Silver Sword' tag, even though they're just part of the Guardians, not their leader. So what's the deal with these title bars?
