Armor Description
Undergoing numerous changes from the its initial state, this armor is the result of years of tweaking by the Young Wolf. Decorated with the scars of multitudes of contracts, battles, and various other engagements in addition to the recent addition of the pelt of what was suspected to be a supporter of Mand'alor the Liberator, the younger of the Mantis brothers has crafted an armor that is both all his own but at the same time embodies Clan Mantis. A clan that not only values what it means to be a Mandalorian, but the fury and rage that is carried into battle with them.
Strengths. Silas is a fighter who values mobility over protection. While this suit offers good protection, it offers even better mobility as far as most Beskar armors are concerned. With its ability to move and breathe, this hand forged armor system can hack it's way through enemy lines while still offering the protection that lighter grades of Beskar can often grant with saber, blaster, and some kinetic resistance. Not to mention the various gear and equipment that Silas has compiled over a long career as a Mandalorian and warrior of the modern galaxy.
Weaknesses. Silas' armor is spread a bit thin. There are glaring weak points where armor is more thin or simply doesn't cover. These places can be taken advantage of and hit with various attacks ranging from blasters, blades, and sabers. The armor is fundamentally designed with movement and mobility in mind, and this causes some protection to be sacrificed. While the plates offer great protection, an enemy must examine the armor for its weak points to attempt to fell Silas. Provided he doesn't kill him before this happens. Though to potentially reduce the armor's combat efficiency, one only needs to use an EMP or ion attack to fry all the outside gear. While the Agrinium and copper faraday cage will help reflect solar radiation and electronic disabling devices keeping internal components safe, the same can not be said about the outer equipment.
Summary. Overall the armor is a sound and stable piece of equipment. It's been modified to fit Silas' needs and will continue to evolve with him.
