HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Sibsi were created by Cathbodua at the request of Allana the queen mother at the time. As a force order that would be within the Consortium to keep their people safe from outside influences wanting to change and alter the Hapan culture. From their jedi temple on K'farri the honor guard were created. Imperial knight styled force users armed and armored to serve Allana... but the queen mother had vanished and another took over who ignored the Sibsi and involved the Hapans more and more with the Alliance. So Cathbodua ordered them to support where they could but retreat as they were not acknowledged. So they would train, they would prepare, they would preserve. On K'farri and Millinar worlds stronger in the force and being fortified to sustain themselves. With the shipyards above controlled by

who constructs their advanced battle dragons and allows the war dragon flagship to remain. A number of other ships that they can work on.Cathbodua with the Sibsi was able to do a lot and when Matsu built the jedi temple on the sacred and hidden world of Millinar... they were able to unite the worlds. With trade between them and training, the temples being self sustaining and able to produce for the worlds that they were on. The jedi doctor would oversee the training and continued development while they preserved the ways that kept Hapes alive for thousands of years while the galaxy went into chaos and disorder. The hardest of their believers brought from around the Consortium when they showed force sensitivity to be trained. They would still serve as needed if called but rarely became never when events happened that changed things.... when they saw changes but to interfere and overtake would go against their core of service. THeir service to the lightside of the force preserves light and life while keeping the darksides influences from Hapes. Cathbodua saw them evolving somewhat as the Honor guard became their own group striking out once they had numbers as repentence for missing their chance in the fight.
