I voted no, but within reason. The guidelines do specifically say no crossovers, so the way I see it, if you basically make a Saiyan but dress em up like a force user, it might be difficult for me to not see that as a crossover. That being said, if someone were to say, use Jet Black from Cowboy Bebop, I see no issue. It isn't difficult for my brain to see that as a Star Wars character. Idk, it all depends I suppose.
