Hound from the Underground
Still trying to assess what had happened, Yuri barely spared a glance at Alora when she entered the cockpit. "No clue what happened. We just got yanked outta hyperspace. Gam, see if you can reboot your systems. Power down if you have to." He spoke up as he fiddled with the dashboard. After concluding that there was nothing he could do at the moment, he sat back and turned to look at his aunt.
The gash on her head drew him to his feet in an instant. "Auntie, sit down. Lemme look at ya." He spoke with authority as he ushered her to a seat to inspect the wound. Luckily it was a simple gash, nothing serious as far as he could see. Giving her a tap on the shoulder and a smile, Yuri sat back down and turned to face the console once more. "Dunno what caused this. Scanners are all over the place, we can't go outside 'cause we don't know what's out there. Could be a gravity well, interdictor ship, anything's possible." He reported as he sat back in his seat.
Before he could proceed to make a witty remark, the ship began to shudder and move, causing the tractor beam warning to flicker and whine. "Well... that narrows it down." He quipped with a false smile. As the ship drifted through space, it managed to rotate just enough to allow the occupants a glimpse of their captors.
An imperial interdictor ship. The enormous vessel loomed over them in all its might, but something was off about it. The weapons weren't ready and one hangar bay had its atmospheric shield disabled, leaving the entire bay open to the void. What seemed to be people were drifting lifelessly past the Gambit as they were tugged toward a docking ring. Yuri glanced at his aunt with a concerned look. "I'll go an' get my kit." He spoke as he rushed off to get his armour.
