The Roleplay Judges have voted for Shelia to develop before becoming a master. Some comments made for the next Master voting suggest the following recomendations.

This is more consistent with Low-to-Mid Knight than it is Master; I feel as though she needs to be more active in threads pertaining to her own character, rather than ones focused on others, as of now I feel the threads presented lack substance where her development is concerned.

It's less about thread count for me, but how active someone's been in the threads they choose and how they interact with other members and contribute. While she's doing well for her faction, I don't see too much progression in terms of her character or really any threads in which she posts consistently enough to make it to the end.

Reviewing her threads, many of them are less than 10 posts. At least one is one post, the opener, just her. And almost every single one of her posts is just one paragraph. For advice on her next master vote, I'd suggest removing any thread in which she only has one post from her tracker.
