Altir, a melting pot of a world, for humans and near-humans anyway. It's inhabitants were an orderly, silent, and overall deadly. While it was no Anzat, the world bred millions of the finest assassins in the galaxy year after year, Garth Hummel, a member of the newly refounded Rebel Alliance apparently called this place home, but it was news to him. What wasn't news was that the government of the planet was violently oppressive, and the planet lie in the path of the Atrisian Empire's expansion. Both problems would be solved by the alliance.
Onboard a YJX-1200 Heavy Freighter was a team of rebels, all highly skilled individuals capable of inflicting radical amounts of damage. And all of them had two goals: Free the people, and prevent an Atrsian Empire takeover. The group would've all received data pads detailing what they were up against, using intel compiled by Garth himself. The details would reveal the government relied on a secretive enforcement unit of assassins identified simply as 'Stalkers'. These 'Stalkers' fought the planets wars, enfaced it's laws, and oppressed it's people all from the shadows. One wouldn't find a uniformed officer anywhere on the planet spare the chambers of governments.
Hummel sat quietly in the hull of the vessel, looking over his choice of equipment. He'd brought his shoto, straight hilt saber, and the Thorn of Ryloth Jours had given him on Dasid Anya. All of these could be concealed within his robes with ease, as to the others he had no clue what they would equip themselves with, he could only hope it was concealable. Stealth was key on Altir.
