Seeking opinions

[Erden Tarkhan deWinter]

Decided to make a new character instead of porting over an existing one from TGC. I have only managed to established the character's brief background story, but in short Erden is a crimelord. No plans to expand the secret society into a faction unless there are people who are even remotely interested. The Triad serves more of a background story for him.

Erden is not too concerned with politics or factions, but will join for benefits. For example, he definitely sees value in gaining political power to legalise his Triad or set up a company for credit laundering. Black market goods, spice dealing and illegal vices are good for business. For now, I have parked Erden to the Atrisian Commonwealth but there seems to be a lack of a established criminal faction that is alive.

I guess I am open to ideas or opinions. Also open to write with new writers whom I have yet to write with. Thanks.

Oooh, a Coruscanti crimelord. I love it. Now where were you when I needed a crimeboss for this character's background?

I'd be open to writing with you in the future, either as friend or foe. A little tied down with threads now, but I'm open to plotting here or via PM.

Guess I am a little late to the party, @Daiya. Was busy convincing the elders to vote for my chairman position. Now if you still need the background story, we can do it. Else we can write something else.

Ain't you a princess or something, [member="Loreena Arenais"]? Princesses are supposed to be nice. If your parents are letting you run wild though... You might just be a precious deal for ransom.

[member="Tadietti Tann"], you are right that the Underworld is kinda dead. We have already recceed the place and it's empty warehouses and criminals queueing up for work. That said, the Society is open to cutting deals with another crimelord.

And I'm not running wild I just have the freedom to do what I'd like. If that involves stopping or causing trouble for Crime Lords, then I'm willing to do it!

Spice dealing and counterfeit works for me. And if you manage to catch me and keep hold, ransom is better than death.

[member="Loreena Arenais"], very well... You can trash the upcoming illegal drug dealing that we will be having on the streets of Coruscant. Death does not pay back the damage done. Ransom or a negotiated deal for services always works better, though I'm not sure whether a Jedi Padawan would agree to work willingly.

I think [member="Daiya"] can join in since she is your friend and her background story is the murder of a gang leader. We'll make that npc gang leader to be affiliated with the Triad. So that's two plots in one thread.
