These days I've mostly been writing as Aveline Cuiléin, but I've been looking to get a second storyline off the ground. I got five alts who in one way or another are invovled, so there's a few options to choose from. I find it tricky juggling a ton of alts and their unique storylines all at once, but in this case they're connected and push the same story forwards. Which for me makes it easier to keep track of, and hopefully it offers some flavour and variety.
Nothing is set in stone, but the base for it all is that Ameli, a Dark Jedi, is looking to build herself up and acquire copious amounts of credits. This has her working with Kossak the Hutt out of Nar Shaddaa for mutual benefit. Saoirse is an NFU trying to make it in a world of crime, and has set her sights on climbing up to become Kossak's right hand. Vanja Del'Vaan is a former Jedi, though manipulated by the Sith Tai Fa she now finds herself alone, in the middle of the spectrum and uncertain which way she leans. She too has found herself in the service of the Hutt, making a living as something of an enforcer. Vaermina is almost more of a curiosity in the Hutt's court, a lost, untrained and inexperienced witch from Dathomir whose path had her land on Nar Shaddaa.
That's a quick summary! There's some overlap; both Vanja and Vaermina are struggling to 'find themselves', though Vanja has more agency. Saoirse and Vanja are both actively working for the Hutt, while Ameli is still in the early stages of their agreement. Ameli would certainly never consider herself subordinate to the Hutt, only an equal partner at worst. Both Ameli and Kossak are likely to work against each other for the upper hand, but for now are content to play the role of partners.
See any potential for a story there?
Open for ideas and down to brainstorm. I've got no fixed idea on what should happen next, just looking to get the characters off the mark and the overall story moving.
