There is but one problem with the Institutes. I came up with the problem some time last night, I think. And it is that science is automaticall associated with all the physics, chemistry, all that stuff. But it will be a lot more than just that. One posibility could be something with "knowledge" or along these lines. GIK sounds quite strange in my opinion, and looks strange too. Using Academy would still seem quite school-related, but I think at the moment it is actually the best option.

Or we could use something from the Latin.

The thing with Science is that Science simply refers to a formal way of studying things. You can have the Science of Writing, for example.

Indeed, but... That is the best.

Yes, science term is broader, but the first thing which comes to people's head is not psychology, for example, or music theory.

Quite a lot subjects, actually. Besides the ones which I have talked in this thread: culture, literature, politology, sociology, IT, and so much more. Basically the academic stuff. But most welcome people would be the ones who can use their knowledge practically, like using them at investigating something, or if it really gets that bad, maybe even "raid" places, using the variety of different knowledge.
