Designed by Sasori as a model of electro-tattoos that were developed thousands of years earlier. Able to slice into and hold data as needed when used. With advances in their materia and power sources the engineers have been able to make it so the ink will not need to be reapplied and being able to hold large quantties of information itself. WIth their advances and study from force pressed tattoos they have been able to do a few other aspects.. most in how the tattoos themselves are applied and where it can be applied. With large designs or small being able to affect only location that needs to be in contact with objects to remotely touch.
