• Description: The Sarrassian Shock Troops are Sith troopers from top to toe, well drilled and with decent equipment, they are the backbone of the Crusader units and usually responsible for holding the line or garrison duties. They are fiercely loyal to the Sith and are devoted to war, willing to give their life for the greater ideals of conflict and passion. With little regards to individual life, they can also be the faceless masses sent to distract the enemy or simply drown them in blood.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Sarrassian Shock Troops were founded soon after the Varus Vraks had settled on the name-sake world and started raising more followers from the spoils he had acquired during the wars he had waged against imperial remnants and mawite marauders as well as plundering and looting worlds on his way to the heart of Sith space. He found many willing to offer their services in the name of no old, dusted ideology which was on the threshold to be forgotten but in the aspect of Sithdom which had existed for thousands of years. It was a simplicity and straight forward ideals which appealed to people over subtle nuances in the rule of fethever.

The Sarrassian Shock Troops were the baseline conscripts he recruited anywhere he could and equipped with relatively streamlined equipment as good as possible. They were organised in regiments of roughly two thousand troopers and all had a variety of armored and artillery units attached to make them fairly independent, though not too independent. Their use would primarily come in rank & file duties, holding the line, battling the enemy head on or simple garrison duties. They did not receive any special training for more potent weapons or complex operations, but were the foundation for those more specialised units who are drawing their recruits from them.
