Sandra was born in Odessen, a peaceful planet in the Unknown Regions. The only child to an explorer and adventurer named Sean Valhoun and an unnamed sorceress who was affiliated to the Sith Empire. Not much is known about Sandra's childhood other than her mother teaching her the basics of Sith sorcery at such a young age, especially that Sandra is strongly connected to the Force. By the time she reached her teenage years, she learned the politics and governance of each galactic nations, and asked permission to her mother that she will dwell deep to Sith magic. Her mother agreed although telling her to be careful and gave her an advice saying that "you control the dark side, harness it, not to be controlled by it."
And Sandra applied her mother's advice up to this day, becoming one of the talented dark-side sorcerers in her own right. One day, a group of assassins arrived to Odessen to kill her mother who have deserted within the ranks of the Sith Empire, although the assassins were ended up dead by both of her parents, it comes at a cost. They were dying. Sandra left hopeless. Her mother died and his father's dying words were for Sandra to find the son (
Heath Valhoun
) of her father's brother, who was an explorer by himself. Sandra was perplexed that her father have relatives who he haven't talked about ever since Sandra was born. Sandra asks why she would find her cousin. Her father's words were simply "So that our family's legacy will survive, don't vow revenge on us, this is just fate... like your mother always used to say". She has no choice but to accept her father's dying words. She began to despise the Sith or any dark-side users who are aligned to their religious dogma but first she buried her parents then went offworld to find her first cousin named "Heath Valhoun".
And she did. She met Heath Valhoun who is several years older than her and was some sort of a monarch of his own empire. She said to him that she is the son of Sean Valhoun and show him the family picture via a holoprojector. Heath raised his eyebrows and is somewhat surprised because he thought that his uncle was dead. The sorceress asked why Heath formed an empire in a galaxy that is full of chaos. The king explained this and that which Sandra understood.
"Unity. Order. Freedom." Her first cousin said. That is what the galaxy needs although in order to make the Elysium Empire happen then they must face a lot of enemies and obstacles, she thought. Heath then considers her as a "Princess" since she has a direct bloodline to Heath Valhoun, giving her a legitimacy to the throne against

, although she learned how politics and good governance works, she thought that eyeing for the throne doesn't suit her, well... not yet at least. And she somewhat doesn't feel her title of an empire that doesn't control vast planets yet but it doesn't matter. After that, the so-called Sorceress Princess of the Elysium Empire went out to learn more about her Sith magic and gathering information that could benefit the Elysium Empire in the future. It's been years since she hasn't comeback to the Elysium fleet. Only time will tell on when the menacing Sorceress Princess will be back.

Sandra has a curve, athletic and a healthy body (due to sorcery), standing at 5'9 ft tall. She has a fair-skinned tone. Her eye color is hazel brown. Her hair color is white with black natural highlights as this has something to do with her sorcery. She wears a makeup and an outfit that could fit her personality, her menacing aura, and as a royal member of the Elysium Empire since it'll give her great prestige towards her peers.

Strengths and Weaknesses
+ Master Sorcery: Training at such a young age by her mother who was a sorceress of the Sith Empire and exploring the galaxy to learn more about her Sith magic made her mastered the Sith magic, including her prehensile hair ability and the variations of her Force scream.
+ Charismatic: Sandra is a charismatic individual. She learned it from the books she learned that are related to politics, governance, confidence about thyself, etc. In order to survive in a chaotic galaxy, one must be charismatic. Knows how to negotiate and socialize. Be a competent politician That's what she learned from her mother and from the books she learned in her teenage years.
+ Well-Educated to Politics and Governance: She have read various books that are related to politics and governance. Now, as the Princess of the Elysium Empire, she is expected to know how to lead people, how government system works, be a competent politician, etc.
+ Rationality: Because of her mother's guidance and advises, she is more rational than emotional. She values practicality than feelings as she believes this is how to survive in a chaotic galaxy. If the Elysium Empire adopted this kind of mindset then this will ensure the Empire's survival for years to come.
- Sociopath: This has something to do with her sorcery, the death of her parents, and how she views the galaxy. Once you know the true colors of Sandra Valhoun, you better run.
- Stubborn: She will do whatever it takes until she gets what she wants.
- Doesn't trust others: She hardly trusts anyone else other than parents who are already dead. She doesn't trust the royal family members that much since she doesn't know much about them despite being a legitimate Valhoun.

Being a sorceress, Sandra possesses an array of force and sorceress abilities. One of her trademark abilities is her ultrasonic, super-loud screaming - Force scream. Although her Force scream is different from other Force scream users, the strength and its properties seem to differ on the focus. This ranges from sonic blasts to a fierce sound wave that can outright blast an opponent's skin clean off. She can tone this down to a degree to paralyze the unwary. Another of her sorceress powers is her prehensile hair which can be used as both as her combat ability where it would grow to extremely long lengths and be able to wrap itself around the opponent to throw and sometimes constrict them. Another of Sandra's distinguishing characteristics is her ability to force levitating; specifically force flight. She use this to evade enemy attacks and deal damage simultaneously. Another is force drain as draining the souls of force-sensitives will reach her full potential as a sorceress. Last but not least is pyrokinesis/Force fire.
Sandra Valhoun's Force scream has variations since she mostly focused on this force ability along with Force fire.+ Banshee Scream: Sandra screams at super high volume, and it stuns the opponent which includes the bleeding of the opponent's airs.+ Star Scream: Sandra fires a purple fireball at the opponent coming out from her mouth. She can do this while floating in the air as well. She can amplify the Star Scream by firing a beam from her mouth that knocks the opponent down.+ Maleficent Scream: Sandra starts walking towards her opponent and releases a powerful scream.
