Designed as a very lightweight case in the field. For what it is with the internal computer and components. Made from desh terethium for the casing and high grade straps that will not break or tear easily. The field pack has a built in analyser and computer that can process, breakdown and synthesize antidotes quickly like a mobile medical lab. Only a lot smaller with less of the different base components and chemicals but able to feed the information through a link up to a medical ship for more to be made in the field. Saving time if the team is in a hurry and they cannot wait for the trips to and from with the antidote. In the field it might not be the best for a battle but standard medical supplies are carried within for trauma, emergency and if needed to allow the medics to set beacons alerting of biological contamination. A wrapped up thermal pack is hooked on the side field kit is able to be hooked on the bottom rungs.
ONe of the older pieces of equipment that have been developed by Sasori and Sakura. THe field pack was designed when the Silver jedi first encountered the mutated rakghouls. A quick means to produce viral antidotes were required in the field to keep up with the plague. The overhauls of it have added in a medical system that can scan and identify problems preparing the synthetic means to be used. IMprovements to production for bacta and medical equipment itself would allow a field medic to have better means to save lives in the field until healers can arrive.
