Biography
Rue is a Force-sensitive Human female (of Liann descent) and the Sith apprentice of Her: an enigmatic Dark Lord of the Sith, Imperial expat, and former Jedi Knight who fell to the Dark Side of the Force at some point in time before the turn of the ninth-century. A follower in the Sith philosophy of the Rule of Two, Rue was taken into Her's apprenticeship sometime between the Imperial Confederation's second attack on Brosi and the joint Mandalorian-Sith invasion of the Lianna system, where Lianna City and much of the planet's surface were left in ruin by the counter-attack on the former capital of the Empire of the Lost.
A collaborator in a conspiracy designed to eliminate the Sith Order's control and occupation of the Thandon Star Cluster, Rue was led into employment by a peculiar organisation called Vūm. This investment hedge fund, who selectively pick individuals, factions, or other organisations (predominately in the Mid Rim and Outer Rim Territories) was created by Her in order to court relationships, political influence, or economic leverage among exclusive clientele as a means to either fund or push forward conspiracies against the Sith Order.
While Vūm are, on a surface level, seen as a mere business apparatus in operation within the High Republic, their ulterior motives are based in eco terrorism, espionage, and politicking as part of the organisations secret goals to instigate war against other groups, individuals, or factions that are Sith in origin and scope. Examples of this include both the Sith Order, and also the Sith Covenant, with the latter rising to power and prominence in the early ninth-century after they conquered the Galactic Empire.
As a member of Vūm (combined with her Sith apprenticeship to Her), Rue is an eco terrorist and criminal collaborator seeking to affect changes in the Mid Rim and Outer Rim Territories in a newly evolving, ever adapting Grand Plan in order to destroy the Sith Order and rebuild it in the image of Darth Bane. Due to her beliefs in the Rule of Two, Rue plots against her Sith Master while working towards the culmination of a new Grand Plan to destroy the Jedi Order.
After entering a Sith apprenticeship to the enigmatic Her, Rue peruses the goals of a modern day Order of the Sith Lords that was rebuilt and consecrated over half-a-century ago since Darth Ayra reconstituted the ancient philosophy of the Rule of Two with their own apprentice in 851 ABY. Like her master, Rue's true identity has been obfuscated and internally erased in favour of a new one while she embarked on the pathology of the Dark Side of the Force.
Like most Darth honorifics, the given name of this woman " Rue " implies: "...the meaning of bitter regret, repent, or feeling sorrow over a past action or event."

- Adolescence: As of the current year in the timeline (902 - 905 ABY), Rue is a mere teenager of small size, mass and stature. Any competent adult has an extreme advantage over this young girl in terms of combat or mental fortitude.
