We need to make the decision of whether we’re going to stay major or not. If we are, we need a clear strategy and plan on what to do. In my opinion forming close ties with the Republic is key, as well as defining a clear faction image vis-à-vis what we stand for so we can promote ourselves.

Ideas for the faction?: we have a massive overflow of stuff marked as Protectorate tech, some of it going all the way back to when the site started. Would be nice to scan through and see what we can still use and what we should have unmarked for scrapping or civilian/company selloffs(that is, mark as open market). Considering that the armory manifest is going to be scrapped per site rules, it'll be good to know what we still have that's usable.

Also agree with Tegs. We need to solidly make up our mind as to whether or not we want to remain major - about half do and half don't, and we won't make any sort of progress in any direction unless we choose a solid option.

Ideas for the faction?: More interaction with our neighbors through coop missions and border scuffles. Get some signature tags going for members to use to draw attention, link them to the faction. Simplify the message of what OP is to make it easier for new people to understand just what the faction is all about. Start recruiting new members in the main welcome forum. Get a presence on the forums going again. Close down the OP skype chat and force people to actually POST in the ooc forums.
