Reuniting With The Rangers (Antar)

The coins few around and Cai rallied himself for the onslaught. He focused channeling the force into his legs his telekinetics and then with the force threw himself at the woman. He wanted her alive, and disengaged his lightsaber hoping his superior abilities in hand to hand combat would win out. the coins burst approached him and he didn't bother to cover his face. Many hit his shield and were deflected or otherwise disrupted. As he approached at Rapid speed he prepared to warp his body in mid air to get past her lightsabers guard and tackle the woman with all the force of a force enhanced tackle.

 

[Gorba the Hutt]

Hion twisted himself to the side in order to avoid crushing Cai beneath his T-21s or his bulk. The cavern ground shuddered as the Herglic landed on the floor next to them.

 

[Jaxton Ravos]

Jaxton came down and his slash was barely blocked by the Empress, who followed up by pushing him back and throwing him away, before launching and assualt of coins. Taking an stance he had practiced with sparingly, he temporarily went into Vaapad and used his speed and unpredictability to slash at all of the coins and shield himself, then switched to a Djem So stance, his most favorite stance, and charged forward, striking the ground upwards to bring dirt upwards before attacking to the side.

 

[Adonari Cinn]

The trip back to his ship was a blur. He barely slowed his sprint before jumping onto the wing again and climbing into the cockpit that had already been opened by his control through the force.

The droid had kept the engines running like he had instructed and he yanked on the handle and throttle simultaneously lifting off while the cockpit door started to close over him. When he felt the pressure seal he had already turned south and had punched the throttle sending him shooting across the terrain sending sand and dirt flying up behind him.

Danger, Darkness, Hatred. The feelings seemed to surround the area of Antar 5 that he was speeding towards. Each moment he grew closer a cloud of darkness threatened to cloud his connection with the light side of the force.

"Droid land me twenty meters from the coordinates I have just entered for you." he said after entering them into the holopad. He focused on Ben and allowed himself to be consumed within the force stopping the cloud from infiltrating anymore. When he saw that his shuttle was coming to a stop A'donari opened the cockpit and jumped down while igniting his lightsaber and landing lightly. He allowed his conscious to expand out and felt the presence of multiple Jedi and one Sith. He allowed his conscious to settle deep within himself where the force flowed through meeting his body and conscious before running into the cave opening.

 

[Ashin Varanin]

She deliberately took Cai's tackle, full-force, and let her drive him past the so-recently-landed Herglic. A second lightsabre ignited in her left hand, point blank, as she passed Hion's stomach.

Dirt sprayed over her, and into her face, as she flew. Presuming that Jaxton wasn't trying to cut Cai in half, that meant he'd be striking for her back, and so she arced her right arm and her primary blade behind her back to intercept the lateral slash. That left Cai's dominance unopposed, for the moment, as his tackle carried her back towards the stone wall. Having blocked Jaxton's strike, she brought down her right elbow with Force-enhanced strength at the crown of Cai's head.

Oh, and all of this happened in about half a second.

She struck the wall with a thud.

Jaxton watched the two wrestle and began to concentrate, focusing his battle meditation, ironing the Echani and Herglic's will while lowering the effectiveness of the Empress.

 

[Cai Sanis]

Cai reacted to the blow and the change in body language, he was Echani, they can do that. He could sense the tension and strength in her body, because echani could do that. So he brought his hand up and started with a soft block redirecting Ashin's energy by pushing her elbow to the side. His free arm reached up and struck the woman on the chin. "I want you alive, for Spencer's sake, make this easy."

 

[Gorba the Hutt]

The smell of burning blubber rose - reminiscent of ancient oil lamps and whaling vessels - as Hion struggled and failed to get out of the Empress' reach. Her lightsaber cut up and and along his torso, from lower stomach to high chest, searing through muscles. The Herglic let loose a massive cry of pain that reverberated against the cavern walls. Blindness washed over his eyes. Battle rage gripped the walking killer whale as his vision tunneled.

The Herglic did not get to his feet, instead he began rolling toward Ashin, gaining momentum and rolling toward the dogpile with all the force of a crashing boulder. He let loose a bugle of agony and anger as he rolled. Walking killer whale became rolling killer whale.

"HAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!"

 

[Ronin Wendigo]

It was then after barely catching the last shuttle in bound to the planet. Ronin along side a few of the what he figured be local Antarians made an if not hard touch down. Thought it was if anything short of a few click to where they were suppose be due to the heavy suppressive fire they encounter. They never the less made it though not without some difficulty of losing few those soldiers he was with along the way. Add to the fact the terrain was if anything an obstacle in itself but they somehow made it thru. End up slowly make their way towards the others and catch up to what he assumed be the rendezvous point.

Fighting thru as best he could with what he got......which were if anything his trusted blaster and staff. Which he alternated using depending on the need at hand ,the blaster for range fighting and the staff for close quarter melee fights. Thought effective they were not if anything you're a typical Jedi weapon. As was the kind of fight skills he exhibited that day which was for the most part although fairly fluid yet brutal.Hitting the pirate with such deadly accuracy and lethal punch that it would not hard for one to surmise of mistake him for one them. Which he could been a lifetime ago but how times had change and whim of fate had been. That one such him given the history and past that he had be given a second chance like this.
But on all account seem in no time up ahead he came note the small gathering of the rest Jedi advance squad and their ally. To which he carefully approach......

[Ashin Varanin]

Cai Sanis would go down in history as the man who punched the Empress in the face while she grappled him with two. Ignited. Lightsabres.

One blade turned in, attempting -- and virtually guaranteed, this close, too close for his shield to engage -- to strike across his back as the Empress hugged him close.

The other sabre disengaged, deactivated, adjusted, and turned on at a dual-phase setting -- an instantaneous plasma spear aimed at Hion -- just as Hion the Herglic slammed into Cai and Ashin. For just a moment, despite her Force defenses, she blacked out from the pain.

 

[Gorba the Hutt]

Hion felt a kerchunk as he smashed into them. Something squashed underneath him. Like a speedbump. A very flesh, bony speedbump with lightsabers. Hion promptly placed his rear on whatever flesh was beneath him and sat down. Nine hundred pounds. On something.

He could no longer see as pain blinded him, but he was in a rage, however, and adrenaline for the moment sustained his body. The front of his chest was cut open and the blubber hung loose.

 

[Jaxton Ravos]

Jaxton got caught in the snowball of a dogpile with the empress, and grabbed the Sith Empress's wrists and squeezed with increased speed and force by enhancing his body with the Force.

 

[Adonari Cinn]

The tunnels of the mine were dark and smelled of sweat and blood. He kept his guard feeling for life in the bodies that littered the ground before moving through the door way and stepping over the pirate bodies that were all over and stood in a wall all before him. The aura's and energy were just over the mound though it was impossible for him to see due to the smoke that hung in the air.

A'donari ran and jumped onto the pile of bodies while his body dipped into the stance of Soresu. Two red lightsabers whirled around effectively holding the three jedi that surrounded her.

He felt his conscious with the force taking in the movements of the battle while his body moved rhythmically before all stopped under the whale's masive body. A'donari kept his defenses up as he moved in. "A am Jedi Knight A'donari Cinn, an ally!"

 

[Cai Sanis]

Cai was in some serious pain as the Herglig snowballed Jaxton and landed on Cai and Ashin. The weight of the whales body was on him, but Cai could still grab Ashin's leg. He pulled on it trying to prevent her escape. Ashin wouldn't kill him. He was Spencer's only family that was tolerable. She wouldn't risk alienating her lover. Or would she? She was sith. Cai let out a big groan, "get off of me"

 

[Gorba the Hutt]

Hion hummed one last time, before the adrenaline faded and the pain brought him into unconsciousness and sleep, filled with dreams of swimming peacefully in an ocean. His slack nine hundred pounds collapsed further onto the dogpile. Somebody was going to need a bacta tank in the morning.

 

[Ashin Varanin]

If Ashin could have spoken through the combination of blinding pain, Force-enhanced grips on her wrists causing her to drop both lightsabres, and Cai squirming around to somehow grab her leg, it would have gone something like this.

I am so fething tired of Jedi assuming that every hostage situation is my fault and attacking me on sight.

Lightning.

Lightning everywhere. Specifically, a shockwave of lightning sufficient to send even a Herglic flying. Ashin rose to her feet, lightsabres returning to her belt.

"You done, idiots?"

 

[Gorba the Hutt]

Hion's body convulsed with the lightning, flailing about on top of Cai before skidding along the cavern floor to fetch up against the wall. Hion slumbered on, blissfully unaware amidst sea-scented dreams.

 

[Cai Sanis]

Cai was thrown by the force of the lightning and freed from the Herglic's mighty weight. Cai pushed the Herglic off of him and stood up, the lightning having wracked his body. His knees were wobbling a bit as he stood. He'd felt this way once before. "Killed pirates..." Cai managed to say nearly incoherent. "Answer for your crimes." and then he stepped forward towards her hands up prepared to continue the fight. He couldn't go on. "Keep Spencer safe." and then he fell to the ground unable to move browning out from pain.

 

[Jaxton Ravos]

Jaxton was thrown backwards by the lightning as it coiled through his body. He shouted in pain, but forced himself to stand and got into a fighting stance, but went over to Cai and picked up the man and put him on his back.

"What now Sith?"

 

[Adonari Cinn]

Lighting reverberated throughout the cell and connected with A'donari's lightsaber while he jumped to the side just enough to avoid the whale's body that flew past him. He barrell roled into the starting crouched position of soresu before the sith who was standing with her lightsabers hung by her side.

"Why are you hear. Judging by your strength you know you will eventually be outmatched in this fight but you did not kill the others when you had the chance. That must have been for a reason." A'doanri said with a cool demeanor.
