Huge shoutout to Zef, who basically came to me with a well-conceived ready-made survey and said 'how do I get this in front of people?' A couple of notes on the data-

• The name category is presented 'as is' depending on what you put in the form, hence the occasional lack of name, or things like ' Yula Perl lol'
• Once the duplicate survey filled up, I took some PM submissions too. One or two responses, but no more than that, may have been lost when the duplicate survey went above 40 responses and Survey Monkey asked me to pay up. Total n=77.
