HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Following the Winter & Spring Accord where the two Sovereign worlds of Illyria and Geminidae entered into a stable trade and Non-aggression pact, there became a need for an official Organization which can handle the day to day maintenance of the Trade Agreement as well as convey grievances and climate changes from one world to the next. The King of Illyria took special notice of the position that

filled as an ambassador and found some motivation in the execution of her duties. Shortly thereafter he commanded the High Court to erect a new organization that was curtly known as The Representatives. Men and women trained to work in the Foreign Climate so that the agreement would always be upheld and relations continued to improve. The first generation of representatives were actually former members of the High Court, however the King preferred to keep his Nobles parted from foreign affairs, so he crafted a new strict doctrine for the following generations of Representatives which was made with help of the Illyrian Knighthood.
- Intent: The Illyrian Representatives are ambassadors, negotiators, and tradesmen dispatched on behalf of the High Court to transfer the will or wishes of the Illyrian people to foreign bodies. Their office oversees the routine maintenance of trade agreements, peace treaties, and foreign relations.

- Description: The Representatives of Illyria are educated diplomats who are dispatched by the High Court of Illyria on behalf of the King. It is their duty to act as the King's voice and will in the handling of treaties and agreements involving foreign entities. Once an agreement is ratified between Illyria and a foreign entity then the Representatives are in charge of maintaining understanding regarded all clauses of the agreement. Although they act on the behalf of the King, their power to adjust and modify agreements without authorization from the Crown is extremely limited.

- Domain: The Representatives report directly to the High Court of Illyria. They do not often intermingle with the main populace as they serve a sensitive function with their position. The Representatives are very respected though a bit of anathema to the people of Illyria. They are prohibited from revealing their profession to those without the proper need to know, this also results in small rifts between them and those who are unaware of who they truly are.
- Notable Assets: All foreign Embassies fall under the Representative's organization.
- Hierarchy: The group is a relatively small one, having only a few hundred members in activated status at any point in time. The Head Representative serves as the Chief Ambassador and leader of the Representatives. He coordinates all projects requiring the outlook of the Representatives and assigns ambassadors and negotiators via his own discretion. The Head Representative reports directly to the King and is a member of his advisory Staff. Under the Head Representative are Program Managers, these are senior members of the Organization who oversee anywhere between three and eight Representatives. It is a purely administrative task as he is not tasked out to a specific project and instead oversees multiple. Under the Program Managers are individual Representatives who are tasked to specific worlds, organizations, and other projects that require their expertise and the oversight of the Organization.
- Membership: The organization typically hosts over two hundred active members. To become a member of the Organization you must have graduated initial schooling and advanced study. From there any individual who wishes to apply must receive a number of certifications and course completions before they are eligible. Most of these can be achieved through four to six years at an Illyrian Advanced Academy with a focus on Foreign Representation and intergalactic trade law. Once this has been completed the student will request to take the Representative Entrance Examination which is proctored by the Order of the Knights of the Mind in Azurine City, Illyria's capitol. If accepted, the candidate will serve a trial period of at least one year under the guidance of a senior Representative. If there are no incidents during this time they will be fully authorized to act as a Representative of the planet. Most Ambassadors spend their times at one specific post to improve relations between the ambassadorial staff between two worlds.
- Climate: The Representatives are usually extremely humble, yet curt individuals who prefer to focus on business, yet have a knack for befriending those around them.
- Reputation: As a fairly new organization they are seen as particularly interesting. They can be seen traveling the galactic scene on orders from their planet however most people do not give them a second thought as they are not easily identifiable.
- Curios: The Representatives uniform is fashioned after Classical Illyrian attire. It is mandated that it be worn during any and all projects requiring their oversight. The purple sash is the mark of the King's grace, which has been bestowed upon this ambassadors for their duties.

- No member of the Representatives may divulge Privileged or Classified Information without proper authorization from their superiors or the High Court of Illyria.
- Utilization of personal discretion will be entirely unbiased and utilized only for the betterment of the Illyrian people as declared by the King.
- Relationships with all foreign bodies will remain strictly professional.
- No member of the Representatives may carry or posses any weaponry when executing their duties. They will travel under an assigned guard at all times, however it is imperative they remain a non-combatant unless absolutely necessary to preserve life or grievous injury.
- All dispatches directed to the High Court or the Illyrian King will be delivered promptly and without corruption.
- Respect and Courtesy will be upheld at all times, regardless of the adversities that may be faced in the execution of the project's needs.
- Goals: This Organization exists to ensure the High Court of Illyria is aware of all changes and climates that require the need of an ambassador, diplomat, tradesman, or Representative.
