SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Turbo-booster: The Reevo comes equipped with a basic turbo-booster package installed, allowing the craft to briefly accelerate faster than normal at the cost of maneuverability and power.
  • Expanded Powercell bank: The Reevo is designed to be used for long-range patrols, which means that it has a larger number of powercells than normal in order to give it greater range. A Reevo can run continuously for almost a week at average cruising speeds before needing to get recharged.
  • Projected HUD: The ceraglass windshield doesn't just protect the user from the elements and enemy fire, but it also has several diminutive holo-projectors built into its frame that allow it act as the surface for a projectable heads-up display. This allows navigational data and information from the general purpose scanner to easily be displayed for the user to see even at high speeds.
  • HUD Link: The Reevo can be link to its user's HUD through a direct datalink or wirelessly, allowing users to keep quick track of their surroundings and the vehicle's performance without having to look down at the speeder's control panel. This allows the user to aim and fire the speeder's weapons systems.
  • Particle Shield: The Reevo sports a light-duty particle shield in its forward arc that protects the speeder and its occupants rom from wind, sand, rain, and other common atmospheric debris. This generator can also nudge the craft away from glancing collisions. It does not provide any protection from weapons.
  • EnhanceScan General-Purpose Scanner: Reevo has a hardwired Enhance-Scan that automatically provides a wealth of data to the driver via the HUD and the droid brain. While designed to help the users patrol areas by detecting different types of activities, the scanner is also sometimes used more directly in tactical situations to analyze enemy fortifications and positions.
  • Psykhe-series Droid Brain: Reevo has an integrated droid brain that allows the speeder to operate itself in emergencies (such as when the driver is wounded) and act as a safety assistant autopilot in high speed chases. It also helps automatically aim the vehicle's blasters, interprets sensor data, and provides real time diagnostic information.
STRENGTHS
  • Maneuverable: The Reevo is a fairly lightly built craft with powerful repulsorlift systems, which allows it to make quick and tight turns.
  • Fast: The Reevo's repulorslifts, outboard ion thrusters, and light build all contribute to it being a fairly fast landspeeder. With its turbo-boost activated, it can catch up to most speeder bikes and even some swoops.
WEAKNESSES
  • Weak Armament: The trio of blasters on the Reevo are all personal-scaled, which while dangerous to people, battle droids and speeders, generally pack little punch against other vehicles or most fighting positions.
  • Weak Defenses: The Reevo has a fairly lightly built chassis along with thin armor plating, making it not very durable in combat.
DESCRIPTION
The Reevo is a military landspeeder made by Lucerne Labs that emphasizes speed and maneuverability, much like the Gian and Flash landspeeders used by the Naboo Security Forces before the Clone Wars. While ostensibly designed to act as an everyday patrol craft by military and security forces, the Reevo frequently acts as a simple general purpose military vehicle, and it's not unusual to see a Reevo simply ferrying soldiers about casually or moving small amounts of supplies to the front. However, the Reevo's commonly humble uses, it is a fairly effective military craft. Its speed and maneuverability allow it to make quick, dashing attacks or quickly move troops to key positions on the battlefield, while its sensor package makes it a good tactical recon vehicle and its blasters are fairly effective against most soft targets. This simple usefulness is only countered by its relatively weak weapons and defenses, and it's unlikely to do well if pitted against a tank or a combat walker.
