Reclamation (Galactic Alliance T1 Dominion of Kaeshana)

Objective: Report to Aurora Industries

The pirate base didn't last long, but Shadow Leader was getting some troubling readings now as the rest of the fighters reformed. First Order signatures were starting to crop up... it looked like the uneasy border tensions were about to flare up. Three had sent the data of his attack to him, and he was instructing R4 to send that information back to the Aurora security task force that was just outside the system. He was tempted to stick around, but they had orders to debrief.

"Sir, I suspect we'll be back,"

"Yes, the war is beginning," he muttered. "Make the jump to coordinates, I suspect Master Raaf is going to be very interested in this."

The remnants of Shadow Squadron would slip away as quietly as they arrived, making the jump to lightspeed while cloaked.

"Purge squadron report back to the avenger, we've won this round,"

The Ties flew with minimal casualties and a couple of new aces.

They landed within the hangars of The Avenger and dismounted.

Drinks were had, comrades mourned and jokes made.

But, despite it all a threat loomed in the distance. The First order had arrived...

Roth leaned forward and switched off the hyperdrive. The fighter dropped back into real space with a sudden stop. The rest of his squadron formed up behind him as they reverted. A small task force arrived moments later. Not the vanguard this time, which was fine. Wild Knights were capable of anything.

"Alliance system fleet," Roth said through the comms as he studied the display. "This is the Wild Knights arriving in system. Please designate objectives."

"Roger that, Knight One. Please standby."

"Affirmative," Roth responded, tightening his helmet strap. The fighters drifted through space. Skirmishes flashed along the scanners and he leaned forward to interpret them. It was small time stuff, apparently with an Imperial star destroyer assisting. He squinted and grinned at the transponder. It was that old admiral he'd had drinks with before. Good times again.
