Rebellion Prefix?

I'm unsure of the reasoning, but as of now anyone who would like to launch a Rebellion must wait until the prefix is manually assigned by a member of staff. If at all possible, could this prefix be made available to the player base to apply as they desire?

It's because rebellions only trigger in specific circumstances. Therefore to prevent accidental misuse and confusion we assign them.
