DESCRIPTION
Designed as the pinnacle of the Eternal Union’s territorial integration strategy, the Core-class Frontier Star Habitat is both a space colony and a mobile logistics hub. Once one of several, the Reach of Prosperity remains the lone FSH to journey with the Eternal Union remnant in a new and hostile galaxy.
The Reach of Prosperity maintains all standard features and systems expected from an FSH. There are manufacturing facilities, agricultural zones, living wards, and critical services like medical complexes and a fully automated logistics hub capable of processing and delivering essential goods. All of which is necessary to house and support a population of up to 100,000 civilians aboard the station. While the Core-class is capable of sustaining its population indefinitely as a space colony would, it is best utilized as the backbone of territorial expansion--supplying critical resources to stabilize occupied worlds and support integration efforts.
While equipped with shields and a reinforced hull, the FSH remains vulnerable to high-yield assaults and requires constant escort to truly defend from hostile threats, as it takes days for the station to adequately prepare for a jump to hyperspace.
Currently, the Reach of Prosperity has been recommissioned as the Eternal Union’s de facto capital, where it houses the near entirety of the stranded remnant’s civilian and administrative population. In this new role, the mobile station will assuredly be tested and strained as it endeavors to meet the needs of a fleet-in-exile scrambling to find a new foothold.
