Really, I don't have a clue. I imagine its the same way that Radiation Bombs from canon are transported, or even encased, or the real life equivilent of a Cobalt Bomb. Lead casing, anti-Raditation handwavium, take your pick I suppose. Whatever would get the job done, if thats alright with you.
