Question about Chiss Leadership on Csilla

Is there anyone that oversees Csilla, or is there any command group made up of a few Chiss characters, that are active or sitting around... curious because of some plots im in the middle of ironing out.

I distinctly remember Sage Bane and a few others making Chiss characters specifically for this purpose before and after the Csilla Dominion. Unfortunately I can't for the life of me remember who the other people were.

I supposed I could dig through my older threads and see if I can get you a name though.

Yep same writer.......couldn't remember the name of her Chiss. She is not around.

And there was a Chiss Ascendancy faction that cropped up like a year or so ago, but idk where they went.
