It is less a conventional system and more a temporal oracle, designed to achieve the ultimate defense: foreknowledge. By utilizing a network of quantum-entangled Calabi-Yau manifolds, the Oracle processes all available data to predict enemy actions, creating an utterly oppressive and seemingly omniscient defensive umbrella where every Commonwealth system acts not on reaction, but on premonition.
