  • Races: N/A
  • Strengths:
- Tough Hide: These creatures have a tough hide, capable of withstanding a great deal of abuse. Anything with smaller firepower than a large tank could likely do nothing more than tickle it.

- Dig Through: As their name suggests, these are tunnelling machines made into flesh. These creatures tunnel through rock, metal, soil and sand to go wherever they are directed. They can also easily resurface or re-enter the ground as they please.

  • Weaknesses:
- Dumb: These creatures are sub-sentient for a reason, designed to have malleable and easily controlled minds that respond to control with passive release. This means that, these creatures are naturally quiet dull-witted.

- Blind: The creatures are blind, only having the senses of hearing and smell to discern their surroundings. Normally, without guidance these creatures stay underground and away from loud noises.

-Acid: Praedilacyt's have a weakness for large amounts of highly corrosive acidic substances, due to the nature of their rock-like armour, it can easily be burnt through by acid and in turn severely harm the creature.

CULTURE
  • Diet: Soil nutrients, anything that falls into its mouth
  • Communication: N/A
  • Technology level: N/A
  • Religion/Beliefs: N/A
  • General behaviour: These creatures were designed by Aeravalin scientists to be obedient and trainable by Bryn'adûl beast handlers and Shamans. They are typically housed separately as to avoid eating each other, these beasts are violent and always hungry.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
When the Bryn'adûl discovered the ancient Eleamentas on Sraeljoark, two of the most prestigious Shamans volunteered to enter the caves and seek out the last remaining member of their species, yet they could not stir the beast to wake. Instead, they retrieved viable DNA from the many remaining bones of their ancestors and some frozen blood extracted from a shed skin that had been discovered under the creatures place of hibernation.

When returned to research facilities on Caradim, Aeravalin scientists immediately went to work on reconstructing its DNA frame to create something serviceable. The Draelvasier had a natural leniency to rely on the flesh rather than technology. In the reconstruction of the DNA, they discovered that the original beast was too independent and would've been difficult to tame, never-mind an army of them.

The scientists on Caradim slowly reconstructed the creatures DNA, making a smaller creature that was less intelligent but could provide a similar service in greater numbers. The researchers ensured the creatures were more submissive through lowering their intelligence, therefore creating the Praedilacyt Wyrms as they are now.
