DESCRIPTION
Porg Organic Output Products or The POOP Group, as it is commonly called, is a wholly owned subsidiary of MFP Corporation established to capitalize on the byproduct of its Porg meat processing facilities which generate millions of tons of waste per day. The company is closely tied to its corporate partner Saandyr Farms who is its only supplier. Its processing plants are co-located within Saahdyr Farms production facilities to reduce overhead and transport costs for both companies. As its raw materials cost is essentially zero it is in a unique competitive position enabling it to produce a high quality, high demand boutique product on an industrial scale at the same price point of lesser quality competitors.
The approximately two billion tons of GAPP (Grade A Porg Poop) pellets and 500 million tons of liquid ammonium sulfate fertilizer that is produced per year is used internally to reduce the production costs of Saandyr Farms feed operations or sold commercially to increase revenue. The vertical integration of these three companies operates symbiotically to increase the profits and reduce the operating costs exponentially of each entity producing greater profits as a whole. As this integration provides a buffer for the relentless pursuit of profit, the MFP group of companies is better able to survive temporary set backs and market downturns and has the cash flow and corporate reach to enable it to make long term strategic decisions free from the immediate demands for profit.

RATIONALE
When Saandyr Farms was created to supply the billions of Kilos of Porg meat needed for the Mando Fried Porg restaurant chain, it was soon discovered that the growing operation produced massive quantities of organic waste that needed to be mitigated. Instead of incurring the ongoing operating expense of disposing of this waste it was decided to make a one-time investment into processing plants that would turn this by-product into a marketable resource to reduce production cost and generate ancillary generate revenue.
