The Minister of the Trade Federation found himself lost in deep thought while sitting in his senatorial office. Meanwhile, the entire galaxy tuned in to witness the press conference of Senator Phoenix Kasari, representing Empress Teta, as it aired on the Galactic Holonet. His political correspondent had told him that the press conference would be about the Equal Rights Act, framing it as a direct assault by the Galactic Alliance on the Sovereign System of Empress Teta.

Nevertheless, the Minister's attention was abruptly captured as the speech veered off in an unexpected direction. With a worried expression etched on his face, he couldn't help but pause and cast a concerned glance at the conference.

The potential succession from the Galactic Alliance had the Minister contemplating the repercussions, realizing that it could trigger a chain reaction where other systems would also strive to break away from the faltering superpower despite the thriving economy and military mobilizations creating thousands of new employment opportunities.

The Trade Federation of Planets would face utter chaos if their manufacturing worlds dared to break away from the Galactic Alliance. Therefore, it was considered imperative to suppress this rebellious act before it gained any momentum among the other senators within the Federal Assembly.

"ORM, Get me a spot on the holonet after her speech has ended." Grimmin hastily briefed the Ancient B1 Battle Droid while they hurried through the corridors of the Federal Assembly towards the Galactic Holonet's Many Branches on Coruscant. After securing the appointment, the Minister for the Trade Federation would confidently take the stage outside the Federal Assembly Building, surrounded by Federation Officials.


"The Galaxy has witnessed the Sovereign System of Empress Teta declare their intentions to succeed from our political union which is well within their planetary rights to do so." Grimmin would begin by commending the System of Empress Teta for their succession.

"However they have fallen prey to the radicals within their planetary government and now seek to destroy the Alliance and its citizens without remorse merely because they found the democratic process too hard to contemplate. The Senator from Empress Teta is a traitor to all of our fallen brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, guardians and grandparents who sacrificed their lives during the Second Great Hyperspace War against the Brotherhood of the Maw." He would get to the point of the issue without delay, wanting to score some political points within the Federal Assembly for a strong refute and a paint the Trade Federation of Planets in a better light.

"Therefore, we the Trade Federation of Planets will declare the entire Empress Teta System and its surrounding systems a 'No Commerce Zone'. No Trade Federation Commerce will pass through those systems until they depose the radicals funding this rebellion. I would encourage other corporations in the galaxy do the same" The Minister ended the short response to the Empress Teta Succession by declaring the entire system a no commerce zone, which would prevent the conglomerate from trading with those worlds.
