PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
A tall, lithe, blonde woman with deep Jade eyes that hide a thousand lies. Flawless pale almost translucent skin and she is cold to the touch. She dresses for elegance and business presenting herself as sophisticated and business like. Her outward appearance is deceiving as she can turn into a real monster when provoked or hungry. Her beastly appearance has large sharp jagged teeth, the same pale skin, but her hair turns more silver, her hands grow sharp claws, and she grows about a meter taller.
PERSONALITY
Phoenix is a well-educated woman with strong stance towards more traditional Tetan viewpoints. She can be very stubborn and strong willed on views. Sometimes even overbearing and pushy when she really wants someone to see things from her perspective. If there is a verbal fight to be had on something she has a strong opinion she will fight tooth and nail. After all, under her skin is a monster that is itching to bite someone.
She has many secrets buried under a thousand lies and she isn't even sure anymore what lies she has told and what the actual truth might be. If she did know the truth, she might break down due to having been heavily manipulated almost her entire life.
Despite that she can be very personable and accommodating when the need arises. She can come of arrogant and aristocratic with slight leaning towards high mighty attitude. However, she is able to put that aside for the sake of good relations and diplomacy. Even if she thinks she is better than someone, if they have something of value to offer her or her causes, she will put her arrogance on the back burner.
She is also known to be very charitable, giving money to various charities, mostly orphanages and educational institutions. Some might see this as a kindness but there are more sinister reasons behind that serve the cult she apart of.

POLITICAL BELIEFS
Political Overview:
Isolationist, World and Cultural rights advocate with an Empress Teta first mentality. Strong beliefs in a Federal Monarchism with slight leanings towards absolute.
Taxation Policy:
A worlds first policy where taxation of income and corporation should be decided on the world scale rather than the galactic scale. With Yearly contributions to Alliance to hold a senate seat and have a say in Galactic affairs of the alliance.
Military Policy:
A strong belief in the rights of a world to have personal militias and defense forces. Also, a firm belief in military conscription of all able-bodied individuals at the age of eighteen for a five-year contract. This conscription would be mandatory for all able-bodied individuals and may be served as part of the world military or Galactic. Also, strong believer in defense over offense militarily.
Education Policy:
Compulsory education up until the age of Eighteen. Firm belief education is one of the core pillars of a strong society. Also, special programs and higher education for the handicap to aid them in becoming productive serving members of society without having to do military service. A strong belief that everyone has a duty to serve their society productively to the best of their abilities. Pro World funded schooling and higher schooling to reduce costs and to administer more culturally appropriate learning material.
Economic Policy:
Ties heavily into her taxation policy, in that she believes Corporations and Individuals should be governed by the world governments not the Galactic Government. A belief that everyone should be taxed on their productivity and what they contribute overall to the world they serve. The more you do for your world the less you are taxed. Also, a strong proponent of a universal currency with a sliding scale of value depending on your world's contributions to the Galactic Government Yearly. Low Taxation for corporations to try and keep inflation down and wages higher. A belief that it is a right of the people to work there for is strongly against clone and droids' rights. Anti Minimum wage but pro union with stipulations where education and Medicine are concerned.
Crime Policy:
Leniency for lesser nonviolent crimes with mandatory educational programs to rehabilitate over punishment. The legalization of minimal risk drugs. Mandatory rehab for harder drug offenses. Reeducation (Basically brainwashing) for repeat offenders. Lifetime Hard Labor for violent crime and sex offenses. Execution for traitors, serial murders, and various strong offenses against the world government. Finds a strong Education has great reduction in recidivism rates so strongly supports the government helping find reformed criminals' jobs through a job service program.
Family Policy:
Has strong family values and believes in strongly in counseling programs before marriage and family planning counseling. A strong family builds a strong community and society. Belief in government funded adoption agencies because every child deserves to grow up in a strong stable home. Government assistance for single parent homes and low-income households which include food aid, free medical care, income supplementation if you or deceased loved one is a military veteran, and various other things to keep a family stable.
Medical/Science Policy:
Medical and Science based organizations should be tax free including pharmaceuticals. Hospitals and Pharmaceuticals should be run like nonprofit organizations with only a few exemptions. Lifesaving medications should be sold at cost. Very pro defense technology sciences. In regards to cloning is anti-drone cloning but isn't against cloning for transplantation or life extension.
Other social Policies:
Practices a very libertarian viewpoint that it is not the government's job to micromanage one's life do as thou whilst so long as it doesn't harm society. Pro States Media. Very pro cultural identity preservation for worlds. Believes in slow and cautious expansion so something like Brotherhood of the Maw doesn't rise again.
STRENGTHS
Master of Tongues - Phoenix can speak many languages due to her long life and dedication to study.
Force Mastery - One of her many secrets is she is a master of the force trained in the ways of the Krath and their mentalism magicks. As master of Mentalism she is highly skill at mind manipulation making her an primary choice for a politician. This is a high graded secret so has the double-edged sword she has to be careful when she uses her abilities so not to be found out.
Several degrees - Phoenix is highly intelligent, having degrees in Law, Political science, and Foreign Communications.
Military Service - Phoenix served Ten years in the Tetan Naval Defense force, the first five being conscripted. Though in that time she never saw action she does have some degree of knowledge in the military affairs. In the military she acted primarily as a communications specialist. She left service at the rank of Commander.
Media Personality - For many years Phoenix has been a political Pundit on Empress Teta's media outlets. Seen as an outspoken Tetan Traditionalist, she is a low-level celebrity, most people on Empress Teta have at least heard of her.
WEAKNESSES
Monster With In - Given that Phoenix is an Energy Vampire there is violent bloodthirsty side to her and it takes a strong mind and will to keep to keep it at bay day to day. If starving, cornered, or put in a life or death situation the monster might show itself. It is a secret she would rather keep to herself.
In a Cult - Being a member of the secret society known as the Krath has it's own landmines to tip toe through. If found out she could lose everything she has built forherself. As the Krath last worked with the Brotherhood of the Maw and was instrumental in many of the attacks ont he core in the Maw Crusade. It is another Secret that needs to remain hidden.
Master of Lies - Phoenix has sorrounded herself in lies and secrets and sometimes not she knows which lies are lies she has made so many. Ot can be hard to keep track of all the lies one has told to further themselves or to keep secrets buried.
Brainwashed Puppet - Though Phoenix doesn't know it but she has been brainwashed and corrupted by the Krath. She serves the thought to be deceased

unknowly even though she strongly disagreed with her action of allying withthe Brotherhood of the Maw finding the action reckless.Night Terrors - Due to her brainwashing and cult indoctrination Phoenix has extreme night terrors and because of it she suffers from insomnia. Many long sleepless nights weigh down on her and runs her ragged. It might only be a matter of time before she snaps.
HISTORY
Many moons ago on the planet of Empress Teta the second child of Pheona and Maelstrom Kasari was born a daughter they named Phoenix. She would be the second born out of a total of seven children. The Kasari family itself was a wealthy family though not a noble house they were famed in the Tetan Navy as every member since Empress Teta herself served some with very long distinguished careers.
From a very early age Phoenix was engrained with education being the highest priority in one's life. She was pushed by her parents to excel at her studies so she could make her family and Empress Teta proud as a productive member of society. She had a strong sense of honor and loyalty to making her parents proud. So, she pushed herself to exceed it wasn't easy, but she managed to graduate with high honors in school.
She was then conscripted for her military service at eighteen and in family tradition she chose the Tetan Naval defense force. She served primarily in communications and while serving in this division of the Navy she earned her first degree in foreign communications. She excelled at learning new languages, acting a lot as an interpreter in time in the Navy.
After ten years she decided she was ready to move on from the military and move onto other things like a career and possibly family. She enrolled in law school; her aim was not to become a lawyer but a professor in law so she could teach.
During this time, she spent time watching over the proceedings in the royal court where she got to know some of the nobles of Empress Teta. She caught the attention of a nobleman around her age and the two began casually dating. Most nobles stuck to dating other nobles, but Phoenix was from a prominent family, so it was deemed acceptable.
Yet there were ulterior motives on the nobleman and his family's mind. They were on the hunt for someone young and fresh of mind that they could use as a pawn in their political games in the royal court. One night while having dinner at the noble's house Phoenix underwent the ritual of turning and was brought into the noble's cult of the Krath. Her life forever changed from that point a bloodthirsty monster now lurked with in her just under the skin.
Her mind manipulated and bent to fit the whims of the noble house to play their little games. Phoenix herself has little memory of this time a lot of her memories manipulated by mind magick to believe what the nobles wanted her to believe. She does, however, remember the training in how to use her abilities she gained from being turned into a vampire and how it granted her the use of the force.
Over the years she served the noble house in the royal court being a pawn in their games of intrigue. As time went on this was her life and she watched her parents and siblings pass away as she barely aged. She watched her siblings grow old and die, passing the family down to yet another generation. She found herself getting more and more distant from her family as they went more generations down the line.
She would never learn the secret that her parents when she was born had made a deal with the noble family to keep their family name in prominence. That her education and even military service was all predetermined before her birth. Her whole life had been manipulated by one big lie. So, time went on and on she delved more into the cult became a believer in what they taught. Became fiercely loyal to the Crown not knowing it was all a lie.
As the crown fell in later years and the noble house, she served fell she found herself still defending the crown. Joining the traditionalist party of Empress Teta and going back to school to learn all she could about politics, both local and galactic. She became a media spokesman for the Traditionalist party of Empress Teta. Debating for the need of restoring the crown to the rightful blood line of Empress Teta. She was became well known across Empress Teta and was given jobs in the media as a pundit. She was a divisive figure across Empress Teta. Also, countless rummers about how she never seemed to age spread far and wide.
During the time of the Maw's reign over Empress Teta though she was strongly anti Maw and outspoken in her view it was the wrong way to restore the crown of Empress Teta. She saw it as a reckless act that would only bring ultimate ruin and destruction to the Tetan people. She saw the Maw as Barbarians and brutal warlords. She thought there were better ways that the crown could have been restored in more diplomatic ways through the Galactic Alliance. Though she was still in support of the Crown despite her strong opinion on the methods to do so.
Like she suspected it all came crashing down and most of all the people of Empress Teta were the ones who had bare the brunt of the destruction. She found herself in a tough spot being a big support of the crown but anti-maw she started to shy away from the spotlight very rarely making appearances and shutting down most of her pundit holoshows.
Then the news of the death of senator Seto Du Couteau came across Empress Teta. It was then Phoenix saw an opportunity to do things the right way. The way they should have been done from the start. She saw a way to restore the pride of Empress Teta and its traditions. So, she came out into the spotlight once more and ran for Empress Teta's senate seat. She knew the road would be long and hard but she was determined to fix what was broken.
