What are the rules for doing a weapon test, on uncontrolled planet?
By bombardment from space

[member="sabrina"] - Just wing it. If it's a canon planet, go wild but don't expect to destroy one. If it's a player planet, you'd need permission from the author to do anything to it that would in any way change the state of how it is as written in the submission. As with before, don't expect to destroy one.

Also, be prepared to understand that if you're doing weapons testing on a planet someone cares about, or worse yet near populations or valuable species, expect a serious IC backlash from other players and factions.

Though serious note we should work out which set number we use, a until then I did not know american and uk billion was different.

You can bombard a planet but not glass one basically. take it back to the stone age but leave it where it is still livable. If you want to destroy a city go for it. Just leave the possibility people can escape and rebuild immediately if they want. That is how I feel about it. I turned a planet into rubble myself. It was glorious.
