Affiliation: Although they are not part of anyone, being constantly showered by the Techno Union is wavering it to their favor.
Major Locations: Area: Neijotan Capital City (Seovenor)
Intent: It supply a spaceport and a way for the planet to converse with other planets and factions. The planet will also be used as a way for Neijotans and other species to meet and speak with each other.
Culture: Neijotans build numerous structures and have various ruins, all point to the two coldest regions of the planet, as they believe Neijotan gods with the grandest winged coats live and rule, to ensure the planet's temperature. The planet's currency is a solidified saliva that takes years to form. The largest the saliva compound is, the more value it brings. However, one cannot build up that saliva over time, as it's only allowed to be made that day and time. Any further currency is made separately. Its expected of people to build and deconstruct a shrine to the Great Coats each day after breakfast. However, when someone times, a shrine is built in their honor, pointing towards the gentle arms of the Great Coats. Many Neijotans explore the regions, specifically their vast waters, previously writing down on paper (and now with modern technology) from the bark of the trees that grow there. The people do not believe in solving problems through conflict, instead having games to see who is the most tempted at something.
Technology: Neijotans were a backwards people, upon being introduced to the new technology of the Galaxy, they quickly adapted. Although, they haven't done anything to improve it. There are a few of them testing new equipment to help travel the waters of their world.
History: Upon the planet's formation, it was outside the habitable zone for 11 billion years keeping the planet very frigid. Rubble from the System's formation created it's two satellites: Whatok and Kwotei. Soon, like began to form around it's equator, bringing new species, tectonic plates sifted, creating numerous islands, large and small onto the planet. With these changes Brought the Neijotan.
The Neijotan, at first were a nomadic species living on a chain of islands, evolving into an Absolute Monarchy as Pensadus took role of a more demanding leadership. With this he decreed that Neijotans would work to do the capital, green and yellow coats, those who weren't specialized in scouting and so far didn't evolve a natural curiosity accepted this rule quite easily. The other color coats didn't as much. With it, the other colored coats disbanded from their natural groups calling themselves the Taval. While Pensadus called his the Gosen, electing himself ruler with the name Maldory, meaning 'peak' in Galadoren. Pensadus then started, for a good amount of time formed an army, despite the Neijotan's lack of strength, using other species on the planet to have an iron fist. Two brothers of the Taval, wielding extremely white coats, unlike the majority of the Taval, had a curiosity of the others they had abandoned. Discovering Pensadus's plan, they warned the Taval. Instead of fighting back, the Taval retreated in much more secluded places across the isles. Fueled by, revenge Pensadus wouldn't try to raise an heir, blinded by absolute power over the species. In his death, the Gosen would face a schism until the return of the Taval.
Lead by the two White Coats, the Neijotans would see prosperity under their rule, a true golden age which brought all kinds of agriculture, such as sap-farming. But this didn't last long as the two brothers heard rumors of new land. Femor (South in Basic) and Pejoteg (North in Basic) would soon depart their own ways, hearing of ferocious winds and tornadoes. The two left a yellow coat, named Wedejo in charged as the new leader. Much needed structure and laws would be made under this Neijotans rule, giving the name for the titles Monarchs have in the government. The two brothers were never heard of again, with the Neijotans believing their journey brought them to a much more astral form, being absolute rulers of the coldest places on the planet. Soon stories were made of them, wielding the grandest of coats ever conceived. Green and Yellow Neijotans would build pillars to them everyday, while the Taval would do this each month as they believed their work understanding the planet was much more important.
Many years would pass as the planet gained structural prosperity while the rest of the galaxy suffered the Gulag plague and the 400 Year Darkness. Soon Seovenor, the planet's only city and therefore Capital, built on the largest of the islands, would be made after the frequent snow storms and crynadoes (ice tornadoes) started popping up near the poles of the planet during the Netherworld event. Along with a grand underground temple in the palace for the Great Coats in hopes that the Monarch's written pleas would cease the strange weather.
The planet was only shortly discovered after this by a band of soldiers looking for a place to rest from their attackers in a previous incursion in the Unknown Regions.

Intent: This planet was created for the creation of a new species (Neijotans) that I plan to roleplay as in the future. This planet was also made as a way for Neivon to practice his new surveying abilities and help the Neijotans with a problem they hire him and various others for.
