Doing a thread that serves as a prelude for the final battle with the Xioquo.
Recap: One of the Qadiri nobles foolishly attacks the Xioquo capital with her army. As it turns out, the 'primitive' drows are far more cunning and adept at warfare than imagined, unleashing sea monsters, steam-powered war machines and darkside magicks! The Qadiri are routed and take heavy loses, and Firemane troops bail them out, though the battle is still a defeat. Punishment will be inflicted on the aforementioned noble.
We figured that in the past two doms the Xioquo were...way too weak to be a credible threat, so they've received an upgrade.
