  • Population: 2-3 units, able to accommodate up to 375 sentient and droids but not including sithspawn and engineered leviathian.
  • Demographics: The Tsis'Kaar - a majority human or near-human sentients. Helix Solutions droids - mostly labor. 1 Nouqai's species. Aquatic-amphibious sithspawn and other engineered creatures.
  • Accessibility: Location top secret with coordinates only known to Tsis'Kaar operatives. On the exterior, it appears as ruins of a large old sunken imperial starship on the dim ocean floor and it not so easily encountered. Requires the use of ships to sail down to. The outer premise is guarded by Doctor Noveil's sithspawns. There is high surveillance and security within the facility.
  • Description: TSK-9i is a base for Tsis'Kaar operations. Military personnel will report to nearby bases in order to recuperate, deliver intel and receive instructions for assignments and missions. When not deployed, the TSK-9i serves as a bunker and training facility for the units. The facility has multiple sectors running various operations including mining and bioengineering.
POINTS OF INTEREST
CAVERNOUS TRANSPORT NETWORK - A tunnel system built throughout underwater channels and below the seabed connects to various sectors, underwater caves and the massive net enclosures littered throughout the ocean.
ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM - The facility has its own fossil fuel extractor drilled into the seabed as well a large hydroelectric generator to supply the entire base and assets with its own power.
MINING AND FACTORY BASE - Various systems within the facility for mining resources and manufacturing weapons, technology and ships.
SHIPYARD and BUNKER - Space intended to hold 1 Thranta Mothership or about 35 small to corvette sized crafts that can otherwise fit into the Mothership. These self-contained ships are also utilised as living accommodation for the Tsis'Kaar if not in operation.
AQUAPONICS SECTOR - Largely operated by droids to supply food for military operations and sustain both Tsis'Kaar personnel and sithspawn within the facility.
RESEARCH FACILITY - Multiple labs, technology and massive aquarium-like enclosures used for the design and development of Doctor Noveil's bioengineering projects.
CONTAINMENT SECTOR - A small high security prison with 35 cells.
MEDICAL DEPARTMENT and KOLTO PRODUCTION - Produces the water-derived medical substance kolto used to treat the injured.
ESCAPE PODS - Emergency evacuation station that sends escape pods to the ocean surface. Pods are lightly armed and are equipped with emergency supplies to last up to a week.

SECURITY High
The outer premise is guarded by Doctor Noveil's sithspawns that have been taught to dismiss Tsis'Kaar crafts. The exterior is armed with obscured blasters and canons and an area defense shield system that can be activated if needed. There is high surveillance and security within the facility, especially at the interior surface docking points. All entries are monitored.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The massive imperial starship crashed and sunken into the depths of the waterworld F'tral around the New Republic Era. During the beginnings of the Tsis'Kaar in 865 aby, an agent had discovered the ruins. It was shortly constructed into a base. During Ouroboros Crisis TSK-9i was one of the bases that had not been discovered by other Sith forces. After the usurp of Tsis'Kaar leadership in 902, Darth Malum of House Marr Darth Malum of House Marr and Darth Strosius Darth Strosius had subsquently taken over all the bases including TSK-9i. The research facility and aquariums were constructed shortly after Darth Malum had taken on an amphibious apprentice, Lady Falentra Lady Falentra , with an interest an affinity alchemy and bioengineering.

  • Location: Ruins of Supremacy Mega-class Star Dreadnought in Oetchi system.
  • Affiliation: Tsis'Raki
  • Population: Sparse, about 175.
  • Demographics: All-women of various near-human and human sentient species.
  • Accessibility: It is in space within in the planet-less star system of Oetchi. To get to the location requires a precise hyperspace jump.
  • Description: On the outside, it would appear as ruins of a massive ship.
POINTS OF INTEREST
- Bridge - Its main command bridge is still intact, and sits upon a massive structure at the center of the ship, it has been reconstructing and wired to bring power through. The bridge had access to displays allowing 360-degree views over everything within the cityscape-like structures on the main "wing" of the facility. The bridge served as the central control hub. It housed crucial navigation and astrogation computers, and which all orders were conveyed; communications as well as for issuing strategy on missions.

- Training Sector - A large section of the ship is allocated for the training the Tsis'Raki agents due to its expansive size.

- Ship Yard - The original ship yard which has been severed by the impact of the holdo manoeuvre has been redesigned to section off a small area that can fit about 30 ships.

The NQV-IIΣΜΖ is based on the genetical design of the Nouqaispawn - another one of Lady Falentra Lady Falentra 's creations - with samples derived from an Dovahdrake egg to as well as components from a male rancor bull.

Strengths:
  • Claws and Tentacles: The limbs and tentacles of spawn can grow up to massive lengths. They crustacean-like limbs are powerful and protected by near-impenetratable shell while the tentacle-tails are built of pure muscles and are barbed at the ends. With adequate time are able to gradually grow back gradually if severed.
  • Sonic Scream: Like the Nouqaispawn, the Demuirge are able to unleash a shrill cry similar to a force-scream that can throw a target violently off course or deafen. They also use this scream to communicate with underwater.
  • Spit Acid and Breathe Fire
  • Massive Size: Gives them power and intimidation factor
  • Fast swimmers and flyers: Made for duality, are able to cover a big distance in a short amount of time. Are also especially fast in space without gravity and friction.
  • Vicious: They have large appetites. They do not discriminate, although they tend to target non-force users.
  • Infrared Vision and Force Smell: Although they have very bad sight, they are able to make up for it with their heat vision, able to detect heat signatures from a very far distance. They also have a strong sense of smell, relying on the force.
Weaknesses:
  • High Frequencies: They are sensitive to high frequencies, it will cause them a lot of discomfort and will deter them away.
  • Light Aggravation: Those with eyes are sensitive to bright lights. While some will be deterred from the light, others may be aggravated and attack instead.

CULTURE
  • Diet: Carnivore
  • Implant Hivemind: In the labs, each individual had a chip implant in their brains. These chips connect their conscience to their mother, their rider, and each other, allowing for communication. The chip also works as a tracker.
  • Psychic connection: They have a near psychic connection with their mother and when not trying to satiate their ravenous appetite are instinctually loyal to her.
  • They hatch from eggs in the TSK-9i labs and grow from larvae in climate controlled pods. They grow rapidly and reach up to 5m in length in a few weeks. Like the Nouqaispawn, they are all genetically female, while able to lay eggs are not fertile. They are social creatures and will grow intensely lonely without a pack or the bond of a master.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After obtaining a dragon egg from Domina Prime Domina Prime , Lady Falentra Lady Falentra extracted dna to use as a samples to create a massive wiged creature of her own instead of waiting for the Dovahdrake to hatch. She had combined DNA from her warmount rancor and that of the egg onto the base structure of the Nouqaispawn to create the NQV-IIΣΜΖ. The success rate was not high with many specimens dying before the 2 week mark. However, with many trail and error, she had made a horrific masterpeice that is the Demuirge.

Entry is exclusive to the venue's members and their entourage, gentry public figures and nobles, or those willing to wage a considerable fee of admittance. The premise features various themes and aesthetics to accommodate their wide array of guests. The Tavern is operated with an array of bionic arms, AI, advanced droids and sentient humanoid staff. The service and menus are outstanding. Tables of auxiliary-tier diners are served by primary andriods powered by The Qenoir's advanced AI while the highly-trained waitstaff are designated to those in the premier tier. The Qenoir's revered Elite patrons have the privilege to select among The Tavern's exquisite collection of sentient-species to be attended by during their evening. The private dining rooms and tables at the grand veranda overlooking the entire city are also reserved for the elite.

  • The Saturnsea Hotel & Casino
    Among its many luxurious facilities including multiple pools, luxury boutiques, a wellness spa, ballrooms, parking, buffet and fine dining, the establishment has its own highly secure private shipyard a few blocks away connected with a monorail to the main city for their inter-galactical guests. While one can find sentient-staffers in management, the various droids powered by the Qenoir's advanced AI system deliver the remarkable standard of customer service the prime establishment is known for while maintaining its high security. Unless one is a security personnel or diarchy officials those wearing masks, or found harbouring weapons including - especially sabers, will be denied entry.

    The pristine hotel has a total of 420 rooms to accommodate its numerous guests from across and far beyond Artorias. The larger and executive suites have connecting balconies overlooking the lake are located on the higher floors. The grandiose presidential suites are located on the very top floors of the Resort. The range of standard rooms offered is no less impressive in class despite its slight affordability. The Grand Casino is on the 61st floor and is open to the public. There are two entrances, one exclusive to hotel guests and one open to the public, although a formal dress code is compulsory to be allowed entry. Those wearing masks, armour or found carrying weapons including sabers will be denied entry.

After Diarch Rellik visited the Lady Anetresya's Qenoira Tower on Jutrand the two created a formal partnership that has lead to the creation of a new resort within Diarchy space. The Saturnsea Lakeside Resort was built upon the personal request of the Diarch who helped oversee its construction with their logistics official Damos Vakaro. Ensuring the safety, profitability and long term viability of the luxury hotel for those looking for a high end safe stay while visiting the new found powers sector of the galaxy.
