DESCRIPTION

Sometimes you can't show up to a potentially dangerous meeting decked out in head-to-toe body armor. The OS-124 Tactical Ballistic Vest is a torso-covering vest made from an armorweave fabric and carbon-durasteel plates. It provides excellent protection against energy and kinetic attacks, while being lightweight and concealable enough to be worn under clothing for extended periods of time. The trade-off is that the wearer is only armored on their torso, leaving them open to head and limb injuries. In addition, the vest provides no protection against lightsabers, sonic weapons or ION/EMP weapons and only minimal protection from acid and other corrosive materials.
