SPECIAL FEATURES

• Mandalorian Ripper design of the weapon as a fixture of the Mandalorian culture means that the weapon uses a high-powered blaster weapon Energy projected Slug Thrower that can fire rounds to bypass many instances of Energy shielding, and in some limited cases, particle shielding. The weapon isn't purely just to pierce through them, but to batter shields into submission by either the strength of the round itself, or a high volume of hate being fired down range.
• Usage of Depleated Baradium as the basis of the Caseless slug being fired, allows the round to pierce through physical armors by way of "sheering." This Sheering process is when impacting a hard material, will slowly "peel" or strip away the outermost layers, and sharpen the projectile. This sharpening allows for greater penitration through armors, and barricades or whatever it happens to hit.
• The ionization of the round is produced much like any other kind of Ionization blaster weapon platform. The "Sheath" that is formed around the physical projectile is able to heavily damage and in some cases of weaker shielding systems, bypass or batter them into submission.

Tasked with manufacturing a modern version of the prolific Mandalorian Rifle, The Priesthood came forth with the usage of various shielding systems. Knowing that so much of these systems have been expanding and producing much stronger personal energy shielding systems. As such, The Mandalorian Empire seeking to bring about a standardized battle rifle in which can be used in an Assault platform that is worth its weight. Thus, updating the pattern in its construction, application and viability with the modern day of 900ABY, is the new production of the "Big Ripper."
