Offering a Contract

Title basically sums it up, offering a contract from a T5 company to a company that would be willing to create armor for Aurora Industries's security forces. Only stipulations are it has to use the below image and has to have an armor rating between 5 and 7. Thread will be created once a sub is written up to sign said contract
