She listened to him and sat forward to listen better, 250,000 up front and then a million later sure she had a lot of credits but more was always a good thing to get. She watched his brow furrow and sensed something may be going on, either outside the ship or internally either one which she had know crew of what was going on"I accept your offer commodore and as a offer I can provide you with some resources If needed "she said

Location: Enroute to Assit
2nd Fleet- UTC Diplomatic Sahara Group
1 Hammerhead class Cruiser, "Remnant" / 4 Crusader Class Corvette / 2 MC80 Liberty type Star Cruiser / 2 Ulur'uur-class Frigate / 4 Voyeur-Class Corvette

They exited Hyperspace approximately 8 million Kilometers from the distress signal before it was disengaged. Close enough to scan the ship for its generic class and radio transmission, Jaster had them upgraded some time ago. As his crew scambled around Jaster stairs off into the empty space to see if he could see the other fleet. It was a dark space out there, but Jaster was an Admiral before receiving his political status, he could see the faint glimmer of the ships. That was when his thoughts were interrupted.

"Sir, it's the Galactic Empire, their older models, but it seems they have civilian craft with them, what are your orders?"

Jaster was confused, Imps? What in the galaxy were they doing this far from Bakura? Jaster was informed months ago of a hostile Imperial presence around Bakura. He was to set up a Trade Port in orbit of the planet and barely missed the attack, the construction group had only witnessed the ending part of the attack. After reporting the attack to Trade Command, they exited the system and returned home before they were noticed by them. That was the last known posistion Jaster was aware of the Empire posistion in its fleets. So close to Jasters Home Base, it raised some flags that there were Imps this close to the Sith and Mando Borders.

He walked over to the Communications Terminal and requested that a direct hailing would possibly be best to communicate with this group of renegades. "This is Viceroy Jaster Awaud speaking on behalf of the UTC Diplomatic Fleet, is there a reason a Galactic Empirial Fleet is this far north of the Core Worlds?"

It was probably a bad idea to antagonize a Imp fleet, but they could be stragglers from the Imp Retreat months ago.

Armada - 1st Fleet

Kerkov attentively gazed out the view port of the Onslaught as it exited hyperspace. He had followed Viceroy Jaster to his mission for Muunilist for quite sometime now just to get a private meeting with him. He hadn't been able to make contact with him until now when they had come out of hyperspace. When the same signal hit the Open Circle's communications terminal, Kerkov ordered, "Keep the signal alive until we can adress this later."

But before Kerkov could look back out the viewport, the UTC diplomatic fleet had vanished. Kerkov stood there for a moment and gripped the bars at the side of the bridge, "Where did they go?! They shouldn't have switched trajectories for many more light years from this position."

One of the operations officers stood up and explained, "Sir, they just jumped towards coordinates 180.180.P99, en route towards the emergency beacon signal."

Kerkov thought for a moment, then turned 70 degrees to his right to face Captain Nublar, the CO of the ship. "Captain, prepare to jump towards coordinates 215.197.P100, is that understood?"

"Yes sir, it will be done."

Kerkov left the command deck and walked tow the lower deck of the bridge towards the communications officer, "Have the 2nd and 3rd fleet notified on our position and ready to reinforce us, if Jaster took his whole fleet, this might be more than just a simple rescue."

The officer saluted the fleet admiral, "Yes sir!"

"Yes, Herald, MIA for six years. How could you not notice that?"

And then the Crow and the Prank both sent alerts his way at the same time: A huge reaction in the system, like a massive ship or a large fleet jumping into the system.

Watcher frowned at Byaela, furrowing his eyebrows and turning back to the comm system. A large ship and several smaller ones dropped out of hyperspace, and the HRD shook his head in annoyance. Those damn Trade Command fleets always made his life difficult. At least their signals were easier to tap. Before switching over to the tapped channel, Watcher hit the comm to the Herald again, "Negative, if you fly a scout ship my way, you'll see the only other two capital ships in the Typhoon squadron behind the moon. This is the annoying Trade Command stiffs attempting to find an excuse to shoot at you. Feel free to claim that my squadron is your diplomatic escort across this sector. They can't arrest me... for a whole variety of reasons."

He hit the comm to the other two Typhoon cruisers, and ordered, "Crow, Prank, shields up as far as you can get 'em, and pull out from behind that moon. If it comes down to it, we're jumping out with these Imps."

Byaela took her seat next to Watcher, and leaned her head on his shoulder. He sighed and slipped his hand around hers, giving a small smile to the nearest crewman who probably rolled his eyes at the two of them. Even for a droid, loved ones were important, no?

"Wonderful," I clasped my hands together in jubilation and moved from the chair, I look forward to this, now then there appears to be some trouble. More visitors to the system I presume. If you care to join me" I rose from the chair and made my toward the door beckoning for her to follow. The squad I had arrived with filled out with me and the squad who had brought stardust to the observation deck made ready to follow her. I clicked on my commlink to the bridge. "This is the Commodore, patch me through to the Captain."

A moment later

"Sir!"
"I'm on our way up, whats the situation?"
"Sir, our second contact is a vessel calling itself the Spyglass of the Typhoon Squadron, it was behind the moon when we arrived to point beta. Another group of vessels just arrived in system"
"Name doesn't ring any bells from our time"
"Right, I was about say they confirm our time lapse, albeit apparently we are classed as MIA"
"Makes sense, extraordinary circumstances aside, what is the strength and size of both these groups and are they of the same faction?"
"No sir, the Spyglass just revealed it had two other ships with it, I guess that would be the rest of its squadron. I'm patching the third contact's hail to you now, its a little jagged"
The squad and I continued to walk, the steady drum of boots marching in step was the only other sound in the corridors. I held my arms behind my back as I listened intently.

"This is Viceroy Jaster Awaud speaking on behalf of the UTC Diplomatic Fleet, is there a reason a Galactic Empirial Fleet is this far north of the Core Worlds?"

"Negative, if you fly a scout ship my way, you'll see the only other two capital ships in the Typhoon squadron behind the moon. This is the annoying Trade Command stiffs attempting to find an excuse to shoot at you. Feel free to claim that my squadron is your diplomatic escort across this sector. They can't arrest me... for a whole variety of reasons."

Hmmmm, how to respond to this. Our own fleet disposition was sizable in power but these were our only assets. Was Typhoon Squadron some sort of criminal, rebel, or opposing faction to these UTC? What was the UTC? A peace keeping fore maybe? But between who and why.

"Sir, I've maneuvered the fleet so that the Typhoons are on our port and the the UTC Sahara Group on our Starboard, albeit much further away."
"Good, comms let me speak to them both"
"Yes Sir"
"Hail, Spyglass of the Typhoon Squadron, Hail Viceroy Jaster, I'm Commodore Caius Flavian, Commander of Battle Group Retribution. I'm certainly in not much of position to dispute the oddity of my being here. I still haven't found an explanation for that myself, but it appears we have been lost to time and space. As to our relationship from the distance of the Core worlds you've lost me there."

I tapped my receiver which put me on a secure channel to Spyglass "Spyglass, I appreciate the offer, however you'll have to elaborate your status when mention 'arrest' little more than half a millennium ago Imperial vessels would have simply begun attacking anyone perceived to be outlaws. Not to say you are, just that when you use terms like arrest... What reason does the UTC cause you to want to flee?" I switched back to the multichannel line
"Our intentions are neutral."
I then ceased external communications and changed to one way with Captain Zia.

"Miss Zia, keep us close together, remain in condition two."
"Yes Sir!"

She followed him and looked around as they walked, a habit of hers to look around and sight see

She stood behind him and somewhat listened in as she felt listening filly would be rude, but what she gathered was that two different types of ships had entered the system
[member="Caius Flavian"]

[member="Caius Flavian"] [member="Watcher Three"]

Jaster looked as the two fleets began to close in on one another, Jaster had the weapons to fight, but not the mentality. If he and his fleet were to arrive to Muunilist with a battled fleet, he would be seen as a provocateur. He had maneuvered passed and around known pirate lanes just to avoid such things. Jasters crew however didn't get over the fact that the Imps had attacked a planet with rich resources and lost Jaster company Thousands in credits. He would have to play this very well so not to upset his crew and not get into a conflict with the Imps. He knew that their firepower was much larger then theirs, he would survive, but much of his crew would suffer from the conflict. He would also have to dock at a Sith compound or port, the repairs would hinder Jaster travels back home.

Jaster picked up the Radio for the communications terminals aboard his ship, "This is Viceroy Jaster Awaud, to use such an excuse is low, time travel is not possible, even within the Unkown Region, plus the ship you are escorting is a wanted criminal, his crimes are classified and his warrant is current pending as we negotiate with their Alliance Officals, we are concerned with the presence of a Galactic Imperials Fleet so close to the One Sith boarder, last known contact of Imperial Fleets were near the planet Bakura, I suggest you crawl back to where you came from before a Sith patrol is awaire of your presence," Jaster relayed the coms to his datapad where he then moved to the battle map to be informed of each of the ships locations, "I have no quarrel with the Empire, if you wish we can escort you and your--- Citizens into neutral space, otherwise I suggest a quick exit of this system."

"Bakura?" Both myself and Captain Zia said in unison.
Confusion and disbelief filled the words to come "Grah, I require no escort Viceroy Jaster Awuad."
I smiled and decided to be a little humorous for the situation "and it is tad difficult to crawl in space so I think I'll sit comfortably and enjoy the view."

I waved for the comms officer to cut the line to the Viceroy.
"Sir was that wise?" Zia asked looking fretfully at the opposing fleet with the two MC80s IFF tags plodding their way closer to us.

"Wisdom has nothing to do with it. We are lost to time, I'm not about to start recognizing any authority in these parts other than our own. Plus their fire power doesn't exactly match ours but if they really wanted to fight it would simply be a matter of us keeping a unified firing arc focused on Mon Cals. The Merciless frigates can tear apart those corvettes and give our bombers the room to strike their engines. Once crippled I would say these UTC would seek parley and we can be on our merry way. I doubt they'll actually attack, but just in case..."

Perhaps my arrogance would one day get me shot but for now I held fire superiority. What was that old saying? Walk softly and carry a big stick. I think that was the one.
Either way it didn't matter, this Viceroy of the UTC had provided me with plentiful amounts of intelligence. The Imperials were near Bakura. We were near One Sith territory. This time traveled day was just getting better and better.
Now perhaps to see how these Typhoon types could be of use.

"Captain, turn the fleet we'll begin an orbital path around the moon. Initiate a sling shot, at mark 1450 gs we'll disengage orbit and push to 2000 gs. I want each ship to prep for jump, we'll return to Valc VII. The Herald will leave last."
"Aye Aye Sir!"
I tapped the comms again.
"Spyglass, I think we'll have to take up your offer. Recon One will send you our plot coordinates. If you would care to meet us there since you are already for the most on the other side of the moon?"
As I spoke I waved a hand to the comms officer to push the message to Recon One to relay the coordinates.
Well this would certainly put me in with this lot of potential criminals, but hey whats life without a little adventure?

I turned to address the Twi'lek bounty hunter who had been patiently waiting amid this little stand off.
"[member="stardust"] my apologies but it seems you'll be coming along for the ride. Once we reach Valc VII though we'll begin with a little recon of a not so well known system, your services will be needed then"

"Captain another Cronau radiation burst!"

She waited listening in for the moment, one name spoke out or seemed familiar was jaster, had she heard it somewhere she couldn't remember

She nodded and gave a light smile"it is fine commodore my intentions are to help you as much as I can which can equate to giving you supplies if need be"she said

[member="Caius Flavian"][member="Jaster of Clan Awaud"]

Watcher smiled at the comm, nodding happily. So, he was going to see where this mysterious, missing, Imperial fleet was going to. He signaled the other two cruisers to wait to accept hyperdrive coordinates. He hit the comm again and replied, "It'll be my pleasure, Commodore. Look forward to meeting you."

He looked at Byaela and smiled, "Well, I think we might've made ourselves some important new friends. The more, the merrier."

Jaster did not enjoy being pushed to the side, but such was the way of the Imps, high and mighty, yet their arrogance was their downfall. The Viceroys escort fleets were very close as Admiral [member="William Kerkov"] was still very close. All he was to do was place the signal and they would carry a two to one advantage. Only problem was that it would hinder negotiation with the Imps on a later date if he was to attack even a rouge Imperial fleet. Imps didn't like others taking out their own trash, it made them look weak he guessed.

Jaster looked to his XO and she just nodded to let it go, as another officer said, "Sir, it would seem the Imperial Fleet is heading to the moon?"

Jaster brought up transmitter codes and spacial coordinates, the walked over the his command chair, "Imperial Fleet, if you do not require assistance or escort then we will take our leave, before we do I would like to extant an arm of peace to the Empire," he transferred over the data and codes, "we have a fueling station near the planet of Ornfra, these codes will get your fleet through One Sith boarders and allow your fleet to fuel enough to head by to your empress, I do hope we can meet under less pressuring circumstances, we here at the UTC wish safety as you travel the space lanes."

Jaster cut the line to Imps, "Contact Admiral [member="William Kerkov"], notify him to send a Spy Vessel to keep an eye on that Imp fleet, I want to know if they will be impeding on our trade lanes."

In an instant the 1st fleet blinked into the planetary orbit. Once all ships had exited hyperspace he received the message Jaster had sent him. He looked up at the operations control panel to find a giant imperial fleet some kilometers out. His jaw dropped, why was such a gigantic fleet of Imps this far out from Remnant territory. He scrambled towards the nearest commlink he could find to contact the Viceroy,

"Understood, I will have a squadron of my Tik Class Fighters to follow them, their advanced Communication Arrays can be reversed to make them radar invisible. I shall have them spread out a fighter to a capital ship, but trailing far enough the they will only look like a little blip on a periscope's sight. That's the best I can do, and sir, shall I have the 2nd and 3rd fleet come to reinforce us? Also, I'm a fleet admiral Jaster, you know that."

Kerkov gave the hand motion to the deck officer for the Tik class fighter squadron to prepare for launch. The officer was quick to input the orders to the pilots and mechanics. They had little time.

*************************
The leader green squadron was quick to his feet of his bunk. They had been activated, and now they needed to suit up and get into their cockpits as soon as possible. As he opened the sliding door he could see two of the others in his squadron running towards the debrief room, there they would receive their orders and their suits. And he had no time to waste.

"Who wants to join the party now? Is it the One Sith?"
"No Sir, it appears to be a Victory Class accompanied by a few other smaller vessels."
"Which class? One or Two?" Zia asked.
"Layout suggests One sir but for all we know it could be altered."
I furrowed my brow, it wouldn't be to far fetched for some sort of private organization or criminal group to make changes to an acquired capital ship. Hell it was partially why Caius advocated for future Star Destroyer designs to be modular in weapon packages. "None the less it appears the UTC are quite serious about their little enterprise in this system bringing reinforcements. Thats fine with me, Delephr was a bit of dreary way stop anyways."

In the port command pulpit a technician observing waves of sensory data noticed a slight shift in pattern as though something had just bounced its signal back before disappearing in the mix. The petty officer thought to report it but then decided against it as it was likely interference from the the moon the Herald of Retribution was initiating its orbital path with.

"Sir the Viceroy sent us coordinates to a fueling station." The comms officer reported.
"Huh and to think they were just berating us a few moments ago as if we had wronged them some how." Zia shook her head in puzzlement at the gesture.
"No matter, it is perhaps an olive branch of sorts. Who knows our paths will likely cross again in this strange galaxy and whether that is good or bad will be left to the choices we make." I said in a matter of fact manner.

"Get me comms to the whole fleet" A moment later the 1MC for the Herald and all other vessels came on. "Warriors and Citizens of the Galactic Empire, we are lost, lost to time and space. Why and how I do not know. I'm not a believer in deities or anything but for some reason we ended up in the here and now rather than when we were supposed to be. I have no words to console you on this sudden abrupt change in our lives. You are not alone for every one of us are in this together. It is my understanding that the galactic stage has changed. Our proud burgeoning Empire has once again been pushed back into the shadows of the galaxy. Where ever the Remnants of the Empire are we will find them and unify once more. Despite our lost time we must continue the the Imperial Struggle and bring Order and Peace to this galaxy of chaos and ruin. Who our enemies are now I do not know. We have already encountered difficulties from new players who seek to impose their own brand of ideals. Trust in your fellow Imperials, together we may overcome this challenge so unique now to our lives. Have faith and courage my comrades! For the Empire!"

"For the Empire!" would resound through all the vessels of the fleet.
Then one by one each ship jumped away back to the Valc System.
I turned my gaze back to the holoprojector at the UTC Fleet and their reinforcements.
My mind kept focused on the system Viceroy Jaster Awaud had mentioned.

'Bakura'

Then we jumped into the kaleidoscope of stars to once again to begin the journey back to the Imperial Remnant.
"[member="stardust"] you mentioned a potential haven for resupply? We'll have to incorporate it into our little road trip."

She nodded"indeed so I did though I'm not sure how they'll react to empire ship suddenly coming in so I'll have to send word first before we head there"she said pausing and speaking"my husband there is a force user like me and he'll be the one a contact before hand"

[member="Caius Flavian"][member="William Kerkov"][member="Jaster of Clan Awaud"]

Jaster was sitting in his command chair when Kerkov mentioned his rank of "Fleet" Admiral, as if he would ever let jaster forget. He moved over to the communications terminal and radioed to the Fleet Admiral, "Fleet Admiral Kerkov, we need to leave this area before a Mandalorian or Sith patrol swings by, we can't deal with a political incident, we will continue on to Muuilist."

Jaster sent the officers back to their post and then maneuver over to the Helmsman, patting on his shoulder he took the helm of the vessel. He thought to himself, it had been too long since he piloted a cruiser. He sent the coordinates to the navigation officer and then began to check engineering and all item on the checklist.

He then had his fleet enter Hypersapce to continue their mission to construct an Unknown Hyperlane.

Present Day
Valc VII, Outer system
Herald of Retribution
Flag Detachment, Battle Group Retribution of the Imperial Remnant

"Sir we should be arriving in thirty seconds"
"Wonderful!" I had returned to relaxing in my hover chair. This had so far been a remarkable day, or half decade which ever one wanted to interpret these events so far.
Anticipation had been brewing with each passing moment. My eyes were fixated on the opaqued transparisteel. When Caius had left Valc there was much going on with he world everything from being fortified to the construction and development of settlements for refugees. In fact many of the civilians now in the Battle Group were formerly refugees who had pledged their loyalty the Imperial Remnant becoming full fledged citizens. What was worst was that many of them were now potentially separated by time and space from their families and friends.
I sipped my tea, an all time favorite of my was Yavin Green Tea. Although by now this particular genus of the species had far become something different than its original. All about genetic refinement.

The refreshing aroma of the tea brought a sense of calm to Caius. "[member="stardust"] would you care for a drink of tea, or water maybe? I have not been a gracious host being caught up in all of this nonsense" I offered as we transitioned back into real space.
"Ah looks like we are here" My eyes watched the transparisteel return to the transparent sight of the void.

The ship was again in general quarters, part of my nature was to be sure to exit hyperspace ready for combat. It was like entering a house blind, regardless if you are blind a raised shotgun still improves your odds a little!

"Time?" I asked suppressing worry in my voice.
"Sir our time stamp shows us in present time... err still six years in the future I mean or well present..."
"Right, so it doesn't seem like we'll be reversing this any time soon. Did Spyglass and the rest of Typhoon Squadron arrive?"
"Scanning Sir! No IFF signatures detected just yet"
"Good bring us to condition 3 through out the fleet"
"Aye aye sir!"
I turned back to Stardust "Miss Rider, how often have you traveled out in this region before?"

[member="Watcher Three"]

She was standing by him in almost a bodyguardish? Way" tea please um Earl grey if you do have it if not whatever you drink"she said before speaking again"and I understand coming into the future is more then likely mind boggling and confusing "she said with a light smile

I waved to one of the petty officers not doing anything particularly important. "Please procure a cup of Bespin Earl for Lady Rider here" I spoke casually and went to sip on my own tea. Returning it to the cup holder I began to consider my next move.
Captain Zia had made her wave down into the port pulpit and appeared to issuing orders to the fleet.
One of the comms officer spoke up from the starboard pulpit "Sir no sign of the Typhoon Squadron"
'Well guess its hard to put stock in people these days...' I thought drearily.
"No matter, presence or not they gave just a hint of insight to the state of galactic affairs," I swiveled the chair as I spoke and got up once more. The chair bobbed up and down on its light repulsors.
"Captain Zia" I prompted the Zeltron from her work.
"Yes Sir"
"Any sign of Imperial forces?"
"No Sir, nothing on any of the frequencies. Valc VII is quiet"
"Send Recon One to Crina, follow SOP for getting there but have them drop out just near Lenuta"
"Aye Aye Sir"
"Now then time to go live and see what is going in the galaxy. Comms get us any Holonet channels and project them on the strategic holotable"
"Yes Sir"
"You are welcome to join me miss stardust," I said offering her to follow me over to the back of the CIC. A few moments later of waiting communications was able to get some public broadcasting channels up. A lot talk shows, junk reality shows, a few sport events on some back water worlds. 'Looks like sky hop racing had a come back' I thought with a little bit of itch to try some betting if I ever get the chance.
I managed to find a news channel discussing a recent conflict between the Galactic Republic and the One Sith at Ord Mirit. It primarily reporting on the losses sustained by both sides and the political implications. Nothing yet set in stone though on who had won. 'An eternal struggle, hmmmmm now this is interesting'
They briefly displayed a map of the galaxy and its current state of political boundaries. I used the play back to return the map.
"Get Intelligence to extrapolate this map" I ordered to another petty officer who went to the bridge Intelligence officer to procure the map in question.
While they worked on getting that I spent several moments peering at the map. "huh, our current intelligence from Viceroy Awuad suggests our forces are somewhere in this region of the galaxy. Last known whereabouts and such." I hit play and got lost in thought for a moment. Then the news brought up how the Imperial Remnant had participated in the battle against the One Sith, 'Working with the Republic?' I almost sputtered into my Tea for the second time this day.
The petty officer returned with a fresh cup of Bespin Earl Grey. "Miss, your tea"

-Recon One
"Orders from the Commodore, we are to make way for the Luminita System" The comms officer spoke in surprise.
"Guess he wants to see if it is still there or not. Since Valc is devoid of activity. Right bring us about to bearing 67.87.15S, set course for hyperspace jump to Point Alpha"'
The Corvette departed from the fleet making its way up and above the formation of vessels before diving into Hyperspace.

Stardust took her tea and sipped it before she got a message and brought it to her HUD before standing"I'm sorry to leave so sudden commodore I've received a message and must leave urgently "she bowed to him and smiled" I shall look out as good as I can"she have him a
A number for her"you can contact me here if you need anything "she turned and walked out to the hangar where she got in her xwing and flew off and out of the system to where a new chapter began

I bade my farewells and well wishes to the force sensitive twi'lek. An interesting encounter no less of the many vagabond and wanders of the void.
Having finished my tea I had moved on to water. I became lost in thought as to what to do.
The bridge sat in silence. It was late in the working day.
The ship ran on a 24 hour schedule based on galactic standard time.
For the next few hours nothing of interest happened.

The fleet had accounted once more for all supplies and personnel. I had sent word to [member="Rae'rwna Ves'stahl"] for a status report on my company products we were hard at work in creating. Next I sat and stared the galactic map for some time deciding on where to go from here. Our current proximity to the mandalorians was troubling although the Government of the Galactic Empire had set up a non-aggression status with them. I had briefly been approached once by a representative of their 'government' but the mando's were a society of clans ruled nominally by the mandalore. So where we stood with them then could be far more different than today.
It was nearing 2200, the clock, now synced, showed it was Primeday, 11th Day of the First Month of 845ABY

"Captain Zia set condition three through out the fleet" I finally spoke.
"Aye Aye Sir," She responded.
"Captain Zia, you'll take the next watch, get some rest" I instructed while jotting down notes on a data pad.
"Sir I-" She began in earnest to protest but I stayed her zealous nature with a raise of my hand.
"I would prefer that the CO of this vessel who has the most experience among my officers at commanding multiple vessels be well rested in the event of an attack a fresh mind is better than a weary mind. Commander Faust is your XO and he'll take over as the command duty officer." I spoke and glanced in the direction of the ships XO who ceased his work at the Tactical Control Station and turned his attention to the conversation.
"Understood Sir, wake me as needed" Zia replied with proper bearing, my compliment had worked as her attitude shifted from her zealous nature to one of seeing my intent.
An important lesson I had learned in my education and time as an Imperial Officer, always understand the commanders intentions.

Once she had departed I gave my orders to the other ship commanders, we were to maintain orbit over Valc VII all while deploying elements of the 3rd Storm Legion planetside to begin recovery operations of materials and information from the planet below. I planned on touching down personally and surveying the Imperial city for myself. A regrettable decision was slowly forming in my mind. Especially as the reports came in of the signs of an evacuation had taken place long ago.

Seven uneventful hours passed with most of the fleet getting rest during this time. It was near 0500 and I had just finished a cup of chamomile tea to relax as Captain Zia would soon be taking over as fleet duty officer. I batted away sleeping lids while watching the news on the holonet. There was much opportunity in the galaxy at hand. I found that my thoughts continued to drift into the desire to use my fleet as a personal base of power. At least until I returned to the Galactic Empire.
