- Eater: Absorb and devours the fear of the wearer and those aligned to them. Note, this does not make for bravery or courage. Merely the absence of any form of fear.
- Seer: The pierced one can see truth from lies. Few things get past them.
- Archive: It is possible to store information within. Sensations, scents, thoughts and memories, more.
- Fear: The wearer of the artifact and their allies become heavily resistant against fear. The piercing literally devours it within and around them. Fear effects from the Force, natural responses, they all become muted or deafened.
- Lies: It becomes very difficult to lie to the wearer of the artifact. Their perception and their sense in the Force is heightened, aligned towards the lies. Allowing them an easier time dividing one from another.
- Storage: It serves as a source of knowledge. The wearer can store information, memories, perceptions within and then draw from it later at will.
- Fear: The absence of fear is not courage. The wearer becomes highly muted against any shape of fear, they become far more disposed towards taking risks. Nothing seems to faze them and they are prone to dive into danger without hesitation.
- Force-Null: Anything that nullifies or weakens the Force will either weaken this artifact or turn it inert.
- Lightside: Shaped by the Darkside its weakness is the light. Heavy exposure to the Lightside will either disable or potentially destroy the artifact.
What is the one thing that holds people back?
One quality that shapes bad decisions and worse paths?
Cerbera wasn't sure, but when she was asked that question she mused it might very well be fear. Fear for their lives, fear for their friends or fear in general. It was a strong motivator, but it clouded judgement. It made people hectic and unpredictable. It was everything she disliked, or at the very least disrespected. When an old acquaintance came knocking for assistance Cerbera used these beliefs to shape this artifact.
It would pierce their ear and through that pain they would gain clarity.
By the end of it there would be peace.
Freedom from fear and clarity to follow through whatever they need. After some tales that were shared with her? Cerbera decided to add some more features. The ability to see truth, for one. And then a few things more.
