Rapax leaped down from one of the buildings and landed beside Draco he did not arm himself or attack in anyway simply looked to Draco and Keira for a moment and then back to Chevu. He didn't know why Draco was offering him self to this jedi when they clearly out number her but he wasn't about to foil his plan and decided to play along, in a serious tone coated with some metallicness due to the helmet. "I too surrender myself to you Chevu and I share Dracos offer." Now the choice was harder due to not only the chance of taking in a dark side master but a Knight as well lets see what she says.

"There are Sith landing near the center of the city, if you're feeling ambitious." The army under her command had been trained in the ways of the Mandalorians, and she knew them to be effective in standing against most any Force sensitive. While [member="Dish"] wasn't one of Spaarti's troopers, he was more than capable nonetheless, and Keira trusted his judgment just as she would any of the others. At this moment the invaders were the primary enemy. Any conflict within the Republic itself would be resolved afterwards. "Be prepared for heavy opposition. The Sith and their ilk are the enemy right now. We deal with anyone else later." Meaning any civil disputes within the Republic itself.

And, apparently, the woman with a blaster currently leveled directly at her head. Amber eyes narrowed behind her helmet, saber raising in preparation to deflect an incoming attack. This wasn't exactly how she had imagined things panning out, but given the current state of the planet and the Republic itself she supposed nothing different had been expected. But she could have done without the immediate confrontation with one she was supposed to be working with. "I have a different suggestion. Seeing as how myself and my men aren't the ones currently killing civilians on the streets, how about we work together to bring down the bigger threat? You can worry about arresting me later."

Briefly her gaze cut to the other that had spoken. "You've got a funny way of surrendering, shabuir." She had picked up on Mando'a through working with the soldiers. "Maybe if you lost the weapons it'd be more convincing. Invading the capital isn't much helping your case, either. But please, prove me wrong." One way or another a fight was going to break out. All that was left was determining just who would be involved, and on the arrival of another Sith it appeared everything was only going to turn more chaotic as time passed. "You lot can kark off."

[member="Chevu Visz"], [member="Draco Vereen"], [member="Darth Rapax"]

So this was...new? The Dark Jedi from Hypori walked calmly up to her, his shields crackling around his form, and with weapons lifted high, offered to surrender himself to her. He wanted them to kill the other Dark Jedi together. Her determined expression morphed into confusion. Given this being's track record, this had to be some kind of a trick. With her blaster still trained on the woman, her hand rose to her ear so that she could flick the switch on her comm, using a code phrase to call for help from [member="Coren Starchaser"].

"I'm gonna try for the kingdom, if I can."

Using both hands this time she turned her blaster on the Dark Jedi male. Out of the corner of her eye she saw [member="Darth Rapax"] jump down like a spider monkey. Oh Sithspit. Not him, too. With a corner look in her deep brown eyes, the Mirialan panned her blaster back and forth from the Dark Jedi to the Sith Knight. Then she turned to the woman. She too offered to help against the Sith. A deep inhalation came, along with a quick nod of her head to [member="Keira Ticon"]. Desperate times called for desperate measures.

"Okay, you're on." she said to the female. Was Chevu trusting her blindly? Sure, but she had no other choice. A nanosecond later she shot her pistol at the Dark Jedi ([member="Draco Vereen"]), and then turned to Darth Rapax where he stood. Chevu's arm shot out and let a Force bomb fly at Sith Knight. If it struck, at best it would blow him backwards, at worst, the attack would completely dismember him.

Is this Star Wars?

He could hear the chatter on the radio, more pilots coming in, and the Starchaser was pulling his X-Wing from a snap roll to dodge an AA missile coming from the surface. What in the Skywalker was going on here? Republic fighting… Republic? And Sith and Techno Union? He shook his head. Right, civilians, protect them, fight the bad guys shooting the civilians. He took a deep breath and was looking for his next target when there was something in his scopes.

Biting at his lip, he switched from missiles to lasers and quirked and eyebrow. “Porter... uh?” He spoke and the droid responded with ‘unknown.’ Great. Was that… He leaned forward, still checking his tail every second or so… a man?

Right.

He had his finger over the trigger when he got the call. Right, that was a code. Dumping his throttle down to a third and whipping his fighter around in a snap turn, he was facing the way he came, pushing the throttle back up.

“Republic command, any orders? What the frak is going on?” He had his lasers opened again and saw the target zone. “Could use some moves down here.” Hopefully the stress carried over as he opened fire on the location, and the gaggle of soon to be dead folk around Chevu.

“Shuttles, move!” He ordered after the strafing run as he pushed the throttle harder, hitting the sound barrier shortly after firing and passing over the transports. They couldn’t do any good.

Who else is in that area?

Danger senses flaring like mad, incoming. Shield up, it caught the blaster bold without problem, but that was the point of a shield literally made to stop lightsabers. Draco crouched and took the bolt to the shield. Well, so bad for her. Would have been an interesting conversation on the way to Sullust, but she was gungho like this, and from his limited knowledge of her, she was a bit of a wild card.

"Rapax, stasis them and stay close." he called through the anunciator. Oh he could feel the weapons aimed at them, but why go for a a starfighter with friends in the way. He darted forward a few meters, getting as close to them without engaging either in hand to hand. If they want to call in air support they can suffer for it. Even from a starfighter its laser could disintegrate people with ease. Even Beskar couldn't stop something like that. It would probably kill all four of the people on the side of the executive building. Well, it would have if the next part wasn't the bubble of protection. In the middle of a war, there was fear everywhere and it was abundant. It drove the Dragon's powers to their limits and beyond. That along with the Lignan crystal in his pouch would get the job done.

The Force pulsated as it flew to his command, drawing energy from the very earth, from all around the duelists and the pair, and a shimmering blue field appeared around the Sith Knight and the Dark Jedi Master from Mandalore. The orb of solid Force created, missiles in bound on their position. If only Rapax can stasis one of them where they stand, that will be the end of that.

Rapax dodged quickly the blast from [member="Chevu Visz"]'s attack and noticed the incoming blaster fire from [member="Coren Starchaser"] then heard what [member="Draco Vereen"] asked him to do ...rapax didn't learn stasis however there was one other power that would work on at least one of them in the line of fire....he concentrated on [member="Chevu Visz"] she was the most to worry about at the moment he concentrated on her and tendrils of darkside energy started to slowly Wrap around her she had some time to escape but if he finished she would find her stuff trapped in a unbreakable web of energy that would start sapping her strength.

Nomkneer was sitting on the chair in the middle of the control room, preparing for counter attacks against the new enemies that has risen in space.

"a star destroyer? captain i need an analysis of that ship, weakness anything, i want twenty more dog fighters to protect the front and twenty for each sides, the same pattern for both Decimus and Millenial and everyone ready for battle!"

The general was quite excited over this new type of battle he would face, he has never been in a space war nor does he know how to fly a ship, but he is a strategic genius in war, and space war is he same right? Nomkneer will need more than just luck to face one of the admirals of the republic in an all out space war even though it seems that both parties have equal strength.

The kaleesh was very focused on the situation and in what to do next, he kept looking at the screen and sat in a meditative position meditating the force zen, practicing for in case he has to go to war on ground but he knew that his situation was facing him right in front. He was thinking of strategies while meditating to keep his mind refresh and open for intelligent comments from his advisers, though if the comment seems rather a waste of time he might loose his temper.

"All dog fighters on this ship are to be put in a fighter and help in the battle we have an enemy who we cannot defeat easily, help in the dog fight against the republic fighters coming towards the star destroyers"

He gave orders that were to defend the ships at all cost, distract the enemy while seeing their next move, The kaleesh gets suddenly extremely angry at everyone.

"Where is the information on that ship! I want both Decimus and Millenial to prepare cannons!"

It is life or death when its out in space and incompetence was the least that Nomkneer wanted to see when he was facing these enemies, the kaleesh will get a new experience in tactical space battle that will help him become a better tactician.

If the grouping of the soldiers below him cared to take a look to the sky they would notice the unmistakable figure crashing down like a comet at dangerous speeds. Mythos passed a starfighter while in the sky, he did not think of the possibility of getting shot with photon torpedoes or trilinked blasters but it could have definitely happened. On his descent he angled his body while gripping the bloody flag of the one sith tightly and his black core lightsaber in the other. When the image of the ground became clear he could see his former apprentice clearly flanking the dragon in what looked to be the start of a bloody crossing of blades. Just in time. Mythos thought.

When he hit the ground it was as if it got hit with a boulder, shaking the duracrete beneath his feet and blasting everything and everyone surrounding him. He landed in the very middle of the conflict, One Sith flag in hand, ignited black bladed lightsaber on the other. As he arose from the impact his blade extended, pointing at the enemies of the one sith and giving his back to the mandalorians who supported them, this was his redemption for Naboo, this was his statement of loyalty.

His eyes were met by the green skinned girl he had seen when last confronted by the Galactic Alliance, a memorable day to say the least. Yet he had also seen this girl twice before, both times he attempted to rescue her from slavery, one does not forget faces like that, especially when the force surrounded them. His eyes also turned to another fighter, this one setting off all kinds of alarms in Mythos' senses... Dark Jedi...

His eyes narrowed as his lungs filled with air and he focused the force on his voice and the vibration of his words, red tainted eyes glistened contrasting the blood on his hands slowly dripping to the floor. "In the name of the Emperor, lay down your weapons or prepare to be annihilated." His voice sounded like thunder, shaking the ground around him and loud as the fire of an artillery battery. His right hand raised the bloody flag as it slowly dripped down to his face and torso leaving him drenched in blood, when he let it go the wind carried it off gracefully and his hand went to his side gathering the electricity of sith lightning into his fingertips.

He already began to see...the Valthris crystal allowing his battle precognition to become as sharp and honed as it was ever been, he could see... he could see the blaster fire and movements seconds before they happened... he could see even better than when [member="Darth Erebos"] taught him the true sight....

"Hold!" Krenis shouted, holding up his hand magnifying his lenses. Those weren't Sith soldiers. They were Mandalorians. His kin, although he couldn't recognize the clan. Probably one of the new ones.

"Too many to fight through," One of the other ARCs said, observing them as well. Krenis had to agree. They were good, but not good enough to on that many Mandalorians.

"We don't have to," Krenis said after a long moment. "I'm Mandalorian. Makes all of us kin." Sure, it made things a little awkward in times like these. But they appeared to be doing mercenary work, rather than acting on behalf of the clans. That made it better. He nudged the joystick forward, accelerating towards the mass of melee warriors and then powered up his anunciator to get more volume, since he wasn't sure which channels these Mandalorians were on. If he did, he'd probably be hearing all sorts of conversations. Despite their reputation as grim and silent armored killers, as a whole in a group, Mandalorians didn't shut up.

"Su cuy'gar vod," He called out, standing up with his rifle dangling away from his hands. "Nice to see family here in this mess! Mind helping us get airborne and off-system?"

“Sun Six, you got a tail…” She barked in the headset as she jerked the flightstick between her legs, banking hard left – attempting to come around behind the fighter that attempted to shoot down one of her own. “BB, what in the hell is that!?” Was that Republic markings on that ship? Now she was beyond confused. She’d adjust the compensator as she pushed the flightstick to the right, moving the throttle back and maneuvering her thumb to allow the XJ-IX to level out behind the X-66 Starfighter. They were shooting at the Galactic Alliance fighters, but why? Had they gone mad!?

“Tiburon Lead – this is Suns Lead, I have a problem up here.” She rolled the X-Wing right and flipped the switch on the flightstick to activate the ion cannons, she watched as Twin Suns Six continued to maneuver left and right – attempting to shake the X-66 Starfighter off his tail. She reached up and flipped the comm channel back over to internals before grabbing the flightstick again – just in time to bank and roll right, avoiding an incoming AA missile. The trail of reddish-brown smoke left a smudge on her cockpick glass that caused her to grimace - too damned close for comfort.

“Six, turn to point seven three.” She looked up to her right. “Nine, come down hard at point nine five and take down that fighter!” She yelled through the headset – her heart was racing and her head was pounding. Her focus wasn’t on the moment or the here and now as it should be. The fear for her squadron was real and her struggle with her emotions was evident. She could see the smoke from the XJ-7 ahead as somehow the vastly superior fighter was being overpowered by a lesser one – or was there something else….

“Suns Lead – I am having a mechanical issue!” The voice of Draken called out through the internal channels. “He took out my droid and I think he hit the inertial compensator, I can’t keep her stable…”

'Sithspit!' She cursed to herself as she scanned the horizon for any avenue of escape for the doomed starfighter.

“Six, can you come around to point three five!?” She yelled out but she knew it was too late, as soon as he began to turn, the X-66 pilot saw the opening and unleashed a proton torpedo into the exposed underside of the XJ-7. Mira watched in horror as the ship exploded into a fragments and a ball of orange and purple is what remained where Draken once was. As her ship pierced through the debris field, she heard the small pellets of metal and munitions hammer her vessel. She looked away, praying to the Force she didn’t hit anything that resembled body parts and as she turned her gaze back forward the spray of red laser fire impacted her forward shields – sending her BB unit in a frenzy.

“Suns Nine! Where the hell are you!” She yelled once more, flipping her headset back to dual communications. “Tiburon Lead – I’ve lost one, permission to take this fight to the deck.”

Jack shrugged and looked away at the rest of his surroundings. So, he'd guessed too far on the spectrum. Oh well. He thought it was a good answer...He responded,

"But, when I become strong like you, master, I'll become a threat from a distance as well?"

He had watched as Erebos struck the clones with ease from afar with his force lightning. His master's reassurance lent some "steel to his spine" and relief to his nerves. Erebos was quite capable, to say the least. However, doubt still niggled at him from the back of his mind. You never knew if an rpg was going to come careening out of nowhere or if a grenade was about to roll up to your feet...

He asked his master,

"Master? Why red lightning? Why not the customary white and blue? Could you make green or orange lightning? I like purple..." Jack started to realize that his questions were veering more towards trivial matters than important knowledge. He continued, "Also, what is Force Spark? I've heard of Force Lightning, but..."

Objective: Defeat the traitors, defeat the traitors AND the sith.

Varius cut the rifle of one of the clones with his lightsaber just force push him into another. Not long after that he redirected the enemy fire to a trooper that wasn't even paying attention to him. Running with uncommon speed he killed a clone cutting his chest then stabbed another with his right lightsaber then as the last approached from the back he ignited his left lightsaber stabbing hims aswell.

The city was a mess he could see that, "shutting down" his lightsabers he immediately ran to his master as soon as he saw him, he was supposed to be around from the beginning, yet there was this slight delay... Ligtening carefuly to what he was saying, Varius was unsure if this battle could indeed be won... no army can fight on 2 fronts.. not even theirs.

"How do we know who is with us? This place is looks as if everyone would be for himself!" He said before looking around nervous.

"Once you've gained knowledge, experience and power then you will, an acolyte is only in a sense an untrained individual in the force you are simply a step above a normal man." Erebos said to try and reasure his apprentices nerves. "But remember you are simply learning to walk again, in no time you will be running marathons." Erebos said in a tone that would belay the smile that was under his mask.
When asked about the color of his lighting he simply chuckled. "Well to begin with force spark is the first step in learning force lightning, it is the non lethal variant and is a great way to capture someone when you have to. However the color is simply that color force lighting as I understand it matures along with the user, so the more you master it and mature in the force the color might change or eve stay the same as the normal blue ones. All I'm really saying is purple lightning isn't unheard of but green and orange I don't really know so much about that." Moving his hand up he let a slow crackle of force electricity move up his arm and dissipate when he clenched his fist over it.
"I hope you observed that because that is the very basics of it. Gather hate, anger, frustration any negative emotion you have and from the fountain, I spoke about when we were on the station above Csilla, channel power through the fountain and use the emotions as a focusing lens then channel that resulting power through your arm and out your fingers. To begin with I blew my fingernails off when I tried to go straight for force lightning and skipped force spark that I will not make a mistake of yours. Also as you are moving the power through your arm, channel an stronger power behind it to save you from backlash should the lightning try and double back through your system."
As Erebos explained it to his apprentice he turned his head to the side to look at the battle. "Curious..." He muttered as he raised himself up a little, he felt the familiarity of the first jedi he had met, [member="Mantic Dorn"], the first challenge Erebos had ever had away from the sith and his training. Next to him was some jedi pup, [member="Varius"], but that didn't mean that much to Erebos. Since the last time they had met Erebos had found respect for his enemies and the jedi had always been a fascination of his.

The recon troopers came back and reported to Erebos on the best locations on were to proceed. "Move further into the senate district and find a way to enter the main senate building, we will regroup here. If neither myself or my apprentice make it there withing an hour, Demolish the building and evac as quickly as possible." He ordered as he pointed at a few places on a holo-map that the captain had projected during the debriefing. As all the troopers were moving out Ereobs took the captains shoulder and looked him straight in the eyes, at least it seemed that way. "No casualties on your side captain, I haven't had a trooper die under my command and I don't want that to start now."
With a nod from the captain the troopers left, Leaving Erebos and Jack alone in their fortified position, looking at Jack, Erebos seemed to become more commanding than he usually was. "Learn on the go, Jack there is a jedi here I'd like to have words with." And with that he gestured for his apprentice to follow him through a crack in the wall, they'd take the safer route to Mantic and in the process give Jack time to learn.

"A bloody mess this is," cursed Commander Omas, hovering over the flight controller's station, "Admiral, could you come down here for a second...please?"

Gir walked down into the crewpit, "What's the problem commander?"

"Command and control is all frakked up," said the man, "it's difficult to say who's with us, and who's against us. The clones aren't using any different transponder signals than we are."

"And the Galactic Alliance and others are now in the mix," noted the admiral, "I suppose it would be good if we didn't start shooting them down, or vice-versa..."

"I was thinking of dividing us up into operational zones so we don't accidentally encounter any friendlies."

"Cuts down on the friendly fire I'd suppose. Do it, and make sure you keep [member="Coren Starchaser"] in the loop. Once we've obtained air superiority, we can begin landing True Republic ground forces to fight off the clones and the rest of the unfriendlies. Alternatively, you can ask if he would be interested in joining us in space...it doesn't look as if any of the clones are flying up here..."

"Yes sir."

Admiral Quee jogged up the steps back to his command chair. As he did so, he could see a series of flashing lights in the space around him as the cronau radiation bursts announced the arrival of the second element of the True Republic fleet. They were much smaller vessels than the Obi-Wan Kenobi or the pair of Sith Star Destroyers that seemed to be angling towards them. Still, they would be an integral part of his strategy. He sat down in his command chair as he began issuing orders to the newly arrived ships. Erebus Jamming arrays on the Halberdiers began to attempt to jam the Decimus and Millenial's long-range weapons. Quee didn't expect them to fully thwart the One Sith power, but the reduced accuracy would probably allow the Republic vessels to better weather the oncoming storm of fire as they advanced on the OS fleet.

Some of the faster starfighters of the fleet began to surge forward to engage the vanguard of the OS fighters, with Redemption Wing leading the Hero of Time's fighter complement and the few R45 Quicksilver Interceptors's present in his liberation fleet. Behind them, the rest of the republic starfighters and bombers formed around the Republic warships into a second wave that could come crashing down on the One Sith starships in a follow-up attack. The rest of the Republic fleet formed into their final battle formation as they advanced towards the OS fleet.

Of course charging a Gen'Dai wasn't the smartest thing to do, especially considering the thing probably had about two feet on him and cradled one of the heaviest repeating blasters Marcus had ever seen. His enhanced muscles pumped furiously, sending the man blazing through the enemy's lines with both speed and agility. When the thing brought his heavy weapon to bear onto the incoming Mandalorian, nearly half a dozen crimson bolts zipped past him before an equal amount smashed right into his energy shield.

Kriff!

Marcus snarled as he brought up his own rifle, filled with acidic rounds designed to eat through both armor and flesh. Locked into dead sprint, his accuracy was less than desired but their close proximity and fully automatic setting. But just before he got within melee striking distance of the Gen'Dai, a tongue click toggled his jetpack and sent him soaring into the sky high above the Sith monster.

"where is the information i asked about those ships! Are all cannons ready?"

Nomkneer had a defensive perimeter laid out on the front of the two star destroyers, all fighters had been active and all dog fighters were in space, the cannons were about to finish loading but a ray was jamming the targeting systems.

"i need all other fighters that are not in the perimeter to go forward slowly, stay close to the Decimus and if all cannons are ready all we need is to take out the jamming system"

Five gunships were coming out from each star destroyer to help out with this space battle, the republicans had started their assault with a none offensive tactical jamming ray, we're going to get close slowly and take them down when the target is an easier shot. A group of well trained dog fighters were in front of the entire sith fleets, on their way to the republic star destroyer to see if they could take out the rays.

"Captain and the rest, i need u in the command room"

The captain and the rest of the high ranking crew went into the command room as per orders and stood on attention to what Nomkneer had to say.

"how is it that we have great weaponry but we do not have anything that would intercept a pathetic jamming ray like this one, they have an obvious advantage with this, we need to take them out, any ideas besides launching dog fighters to their eternal doom?"

The kaleesh was already boiling with rage, the current situation snapped him out of the focus of the force zen, he had absorbed some energy but not enough, he walked slowly in a small circle thinking of what would be the next step.

"ok we have Decimus and Millenial already charged on their heavy Ion cannons and Laser cannons, the systems are being jammed a little but not enough to completely immobilize us from any offensive tactics"

Nomkneer was determined to win this space war and nothing would get on his way, the gun ships were out and ready, the dog fighters were in position and now what is left is to see if the current dog fighters that went ahead make it back with good news.

"I need everyone to get out of the cannons' target, we should be able to help them out get through the republic ships, shoot the cannons near the enemy ships, if they miss re-target until you shoot them, we will be victorious!"

Dog fighters on the left and right flanks of both star destroyers, the rest are going forward slowly not counting the few veteran dog fighters that are aiming for the rays and the ten gun ships ready to be used, five from each star destroyer. Every ship around the Millenial and Decimus are on target, and placed where planned and everything was going as how commanded, everything seemed going right for now.

"Noted ma'am." The clone replied quickly, a hint of sarcasm in his voice as he looked to where his commander stood, and from the looks of things she was outnumbered, and of course some Sith was playing with blood and demanding surrender. The Republic did not negotiate with terrorigsts, it would not start today. "Kark you and your Emperor." Growled Dish to himself, hearing the Sith demand surrender and threatened to annihilate them. If any of the Sith could've actually sensed what he thought they'd likely have crushed his windpipe right there if they could've. But as always they couldn't, their powers had no affect on him, no gain, no use, there was nothing in the force for them to strike at, nothing to electrocute or push back, absolute nothingness.

Waving for his troops to get into firing positions the soldiers of the Republic took up positions among the rubble. The Sith had made a mistake, they'd attacked the Republic's core, had they simply struck and evacuated, perhaps it would've worked well, but now they were trying to wage war on a world where not only the majority of the new clone army was stationed and ready for war, the Galactic Alliance was now involved. They were outnumbered and outgunned. "Ma'am we have a visual on you and the Alliance girl, ready to assist." The soldier broadcasted to his commander once again, taking up position with his DC-18 and lining up a shot on Mythos himself, holding his fire for but a moment, lest Ticon had other plans for dealing with the Sith Lord, otherwise he and his men would take to engaging him.

Starfighters strafed down out of the clouds, flying low. Coren was circling back. She could even see Porter in the socket behind him. She knew what was coming and dove backwards, hurling herself out of the way. Laser canons screamed as Coren's X-wing fired upon the Dark Jedi and the Sith Knight where they stood. Chunks of debris flew where lasers hit duracrete. When she turned to look, her enemies were still standing, protected by a bright blue bubble of the Force.

Chevu felt a bristling energy wind begin to wind around her. It felt rotten and malicious. There was no doubt it was the dark side energy and it seemed intent on binding her. This Knight had learned a few new tricks since the last time they'd fought. Powerful ones. Three Dark Jedi against one Mirialan light sider? These weren't good odds, and the Knight was headstrong, but she wasn't stupid. Another thing about Chevu? She was Coren Starchaser's student. On her first day of training with him, the rogue Master taught her how to absorb the Force into her body. She'd never absorbed something like this, but frell, it was better to try than to die here right here on the street. The Mirialan began to bring the dark side energy into her body, soaking it up like a sponge. It wasn't like absorbing a blaster bolt or a lightsaber. This hurt. It felt twisted and bloated inside of her. Her green-skinned face took on a pained expression as the dark side energy ravaged her body, but it was working. She could still move her limbs.

And move them she did. Chevu ran like the karking wind, ducking into a building and punching the button on the turbolift. If she could get to the roof, then maybe, just maybe she could be release the tainted energy somewhere safe, and then be airlifted out of this nightmare.
