Background
The shiest of the Perl children, Nida was adopted by Joza and raised alongside her natural-born children. Joza first encountered Nida while the latter was a young child, enslaved by a ring of criminals in the outer rim. After infiltrating and destroying the slaver ring, Joza welcomed Nida into her family. However, both Nida and her adoptive mother were unaware of the young Zeltron's origin. Conceived using DNA from Joza Perl and Kaine Zambrano, Nida was born via in vitro sith science, flash trained as a sleeper agent, and disappeared into the galaxy.
Aside from the horrors she'd experienced as a slave, Nida had a pleasant childhood. Fully accepted by her louder and more brash siblings, the quiet girl was often overshadowed by her exuberant sisters. Being so well-protected by her family caused Nida's natural shyness to become almost painful, and as such she never learned to defend or speak for herself. Her gift in the Force was noticed early on, and Nida elected to undergo Jedi training to become a healer. During a mission to the frigid world of Midvinter, Nida met and fell in love with Thirdas Heavenshield.
While assisting in an operation to extract Grandmaster Elise from Sith clutches on Yavin, Nida met
AMCO
, who's recollected prior knowledge of the girl's true origins and activated Nida's sith programming. Overwhelmed with an instinctual hatred for the enemy of her biological father, Nida stabbed her lover, Thirdas and remained on Yavin as the Jedi withdrew from the failed operation. After meeting Darth Carnifex who revealed himself to be her father, Nida now believes that Joza killed Nida's true mother and stole her away from her rightful home and filled her head with lies about her origin.Some time later, Nida encountered her sister
Kyra Perl
and Thirdas Heavenshield during the invasion of Korriban. The former struck Nida with a wall of light, nearly killing her in the process. After recovering on Midvinter, Nida stood trial for her crimes and was subsequently imprisoned. After serving out her sentence, Nida has gradually begun the tedious task of re-entering the galaxy.
