Prophet of Bogan
- Intent: Finally codify some stealthy troops for my cult's forces!

- Role: Nezioti represent the long, unseen arm of the Order of Wonosa and the primary agents of Penumbra. They serve as the black ops unit of the Order, trained to infiltrate and operate far behind enemy lines and in unfamiliar territory where their normal lines of supply and command can't reach.

- Unit Name: Nezioti, Wonosan Stalkers
- Affiliation: Order of Wonosa
- Classification: Black Ops, Sith Stealth Regiment, Special Forces
- Description: The Nezioti are calculating professionals, selected for their covert capabilities and honed in their skills until they become a fine and as deadly as the tip of a dagger. They often wear Hadzuska suits adorned with the badge of Penumbra when on an assignment, however they are no strangers to the art of cloaking themselves in plain sight as parts of the galaxy's citizenry as well. They are cold and practically minded individuals, always looking towards completing their missions and with few qualms about eliminating any loose ends or witnesses that might emerge in the process.
- Unit Size: Small
- Unit Availability: Uncommon
- Unit Experience: Veteran
- Equipment:
- Combat Function: The Nezioti are covert specialists, trained to be deadly assassins and elite infiltrators that can effectively engage and eliminate any obstacle in their path. They typically prefer to engage with as many advantages on their part as possible, chiefly that of surprise and information, yet they aren't limited to ambush tactics alone. They do have proper military training due to most of them having been Legionnaires or Uzstafas before being inducted into the Nezioti, with this training having been expanded upon after their recruitment into Penumbra. They operate in small squads almost exclusively and typically only fight in rather limited engagements due to these small numbers, infiltrating and attacking key points and vulnerable areas rather than participating in large scale warzones. Efficiency isn't just cultivated in their training, its part of their doctrine.
- Force Abilities (Force User Units Only): N/A
- The Silent Hands: Nezioti are trained and deployed as infiltrators by default. They excel at stealth, assassination, and misdirection. If they make their presence known then more than likely their opponent's swift and soon to be concealed demises are already assured. Whether it be infiltrating and sabotaging some key position or base, eliminating or securing and extracting persons of interest and importance, or even planting false data and information to mislead their foes, the Nezioti are cultivated specifically to succeed.
- Inventive Thinking: Much like most of the Wonosan forces, Nezioti are rarely able to enact a flawless and perfectly executed plan. Whether it be a lack of critical resources and information or simple bad luck, when a mission does begin to veer away from a point of recovery the Nezioti are selected and honed for their quick thinking and clever tactics. They are drilled to be adept at thinking on their feet and adapting to most every circumstance, albeit admittedly to varying degrees of success.
- Information Warfare: As with any special forces units the Nezioti's operations hinge on having accurate and relevant information to act upon. They, more so than many other similar groups, have few safety nets in the event of intel falling through and resulting in catastrophe. If a squad of Nezioti wind up being surprised or otherwise caught off-guard without the ability to respond appropriately then they will be forced to simply fight or flee on their own steam and subject to their own personal capabilities.
- No Survivors: As part of their recruitment and training all Nezioti are implanted with a couple of biological chips. Most of these are benign and advantageous, offering resistance to poison and an increased adrenaline factor and other minor boons of that sort, but one in particular isn't. It is, for all intents and purposes, a kill switch. In the event where capture is likely this implant can be activated whereupon it will induce an immediate shutdown of major bodily functions and kill the Nezioti, preventing them from falling into enemy hands and running the risk of leaking information. While this is a preventative safety measure, it does mean that elite and experienced Nezioti which might suffer a single risk of capture will be killed rather than rescued and all of their skills and knowledge will be lost with them.
Infiltration and subterfuge have long since been familiar tools and weapons in the arsenal of the Order of Wonosa, primarily through their militias and Darkseekers. Operating in various cells, oftentimes independently without leadership or direct orders, was simply a reality of their circumstances and one that they largely embraced wholeheartedly. Even as the cult grew more centralized and formalized in their operations these cells largely remained and even flourished with the influx of new personnel and equipment, embedding themselves in whatever worlds and sectors they already hid on not just for survival but for their missions as well.
It wasn't until the establishment of Penumbra however that the necessity for a dedicated and professional force was finally acknowledged, yet even then these initial cells would serve as the templates for what was to come. It was from these disparate cells and infiltrators that the Nezioti would be born. Their tactics and strategies were crafted from the foundations of these cells and honed into fine instruments by the senior Darkseekers which had often overseen and directed the most important cells long before they were properly organized into Penumbra. The Nezioti represent this culmination of experience and skill, supplied by the finest arms and equipment produced by the Order of Wonosa and now set loose upon the galaxy in order to bring the will of Wonosa into reality.
To make the potential into the fact.
