Veles' mother was a captain of a Star Destroyer in the old Sith Empire and went to hiding when the Empire fell. I imagine that would be the case of many imperials. Plenty of those would no doubt support One Sith. Could this be a justification for having a few ships? At least one, the SD Avreet's mother commands?
