One could almost be forgiven for being unaware that New Plympto had, at one point in its long and troubled history, been rendered entirely uninhabitable. Prior to the plague, the Vong had used some sort of weapon on the planet, completely wiping out its inhabitants and ability to sustain life. This was, of course, later reversed by those same perpetrators as they worked to rebuild a galaxy that had been torn apart, in many cases literally, by centuries of warfare, and the planet was once again capable of life.
The capital city of Phemiss had been rebuilt in the centuries since by those who survived the plague that ravaged the galaxy not long after its restoration, and was home to a significant number of the planet's native Nosaurians, as well as immigrated humans, Zabraks, and a small enclave of Miraluka. A fair distance away from the city stood the Hajial Chase, regrown into something likely resembling its ancient state, a dense forest that housed an enclave of Wookiees and other creatures native to the planet that had been reintroduced after its restoration.
Of course, not all on New Plympto would be as it once was. Parts of the planet had been left barren still, and volcanic activity reigned in thankfully remote regions of the planet. It was in such a place that Errreembuhr had chosen to build his factory, the headquarters for the company which bore the nickname he'd been given by the men and women of his crew so many years ago. It was from here that he recruited workers from the city, as well as other parts of the planet, and from here that he strove to protect the people whose planet he now called home.
When he had selected the planet as his base of operations, and begun construction, it had still been within Droid Space, but now after a political agreement reached between the Metal Lords and the Alderaan Coalition, the planet had new overlords. And one thing he'd learned in his centuries of existence was that shifting leadership often resulted in fear and unrest, from those in power to the common folk on the streets.
As a wookiee it hadn't been too hard to secure the allegiance of their enclaves in the forests, despite his nature as a cyborg. And as a large scale employer of the native Nosaurians, offering fair pay and worker's rights to those who took up employment with EODD, he'd gained a strong following of support from them as well. That by no means made him a leader, however, simply a well-received businessman. That afforded him some insight into the unrest that now seemed to grow by the day within the capital.
It was this unrest that it seemed would bring a visit from the Queen of Alderaan herself, something he learned of in the city while personally seeing to a delivery of weapons to their defense forces. [member="Faith Organa"] would be here soon to speak with the government's leaders.
