SPECIAL FEATURES
  • Ration Pack - Attached to the back plate of New Imperial Snow Armor is a backpack-sized plastic container with space for a week's worth of rations. It can be opened or closed by pulling a smell lever on the back of the armor.
  • Breather Hood - The headpiece of New Imperial Snow Armor is sealed off from outside elements, keeping a trooper's head warm. It also circulates the air which a trooper breathes, ensuring that it is clean and healthy. Snow Armor is designed to prevent its visor from frosting over by circulating air within its breather hood.
STRENGTHS
  • The Cold Never Bothered Me Anyways - New Imperial Snow Armor is highly resistant to snow, frost, and low temperature environments more generally. Consequently, stormtroopers wearing Snow Armor can easily wander through and fight in biomes and planets where they would normally suffer from frostbite or hypothermia.
  • Coat Of Iron - For a cold weather suit, New Imperial Snow Armor is very durable, with its chest and back plates made of a similar design the plates of New Imperial Storm Armor. Consequently, a trooper can enter a battlefield in a cold environment without fear while wearing Snow Armor.
WEAKNESSES
  • Aim For The Head - If the breather hood of Snow Armor is broken, then air can no longer be regulated and it is much more likely for a trooper to inhale toxic or dangerously cold air.
  • The Legs - New Imperial Snow Armor has close to no plating below the waist, leaving the legs of snowtroopers very vulnerable. Even basic handguns can easily penetrate any part of the Snow Armor's leg portion above the knees, so troopers must be careful to ensure that their lower body is in peak condition.
DESCRIPTION

After battling on worlds such as Mygeeto and Hoth, the New Imperial Order realized that they would need cold-resistant armor.

New Imperial engineers rapidly decided to reuse an old idea with a proven track record, that being the first Empire's
snowtrooper armor. Applying the most modern materials while reusing many of the old armor's features, New Imperial Snow Armor was designed to be an accesable combat-worthy cold weather suit.
