New Factory Judges

After much deliberation and sifting through many applications and much research [member="Spencer Jacobs"] and I have come to a decision on two new Factory Judges that will be coming aboard starting today.

I would like everyone to welcome our new Factory Judges [member="Seraphina Shel'tah"] and [member="Netherworld"]

I would like to thank everyone that applied, everyone was considered and researched. I encourage those that were not chosen to apply next time.
