New Dominion Rule Vote

It's already been stated that the rule isn't going to be suggested, due to the lack of votes. As far as one can tell, this thread has been used up for its original purposes.

I'd suggest creating a new thread.

People are going to join thinking we're still discussing the rule. If you feel so strongly about the other discussion take it somewhere else. It won't change how amiable people are being, and it allows everyone to be on the same page when they come into the thread.
